Are we heading for disaster?

I ask because we don't have much grain left on the local market. While many food companies have some in reserve, the larger ones, that employ the most workers, are already running low and will soon have to pay their workers for producing nothing.

We have 3 grain companies (2 local and 1 foreign). The foreign company hasn't placed any additional stock on the market in weeks. Grain Co, supposedly a government company, appears to be exporting instead of selling locally. Bakgat Farms has only 1 employee, though it has job offers on the market, and so is barely producing anything.

How long before there is nothing left on the market and those companies without any reserves start feeling the pinch?
