After the result of the recent elections, president ArtemIvanov decided to name Kravenn (BP current President) as “Formateur”
As formateur, Kravenn decided to try to make a coalition between the BP and the LSD. The coalition BP + LSD has 24 seats out of 40; this is enough to have a majority between the two parties
Election results :
BP : 15 seats
LSD : 9 seats
I&W : 8 seats
GLD : 7 seats
GVD : 1 seat
1- Defence
After the “Liberation” of Flanders, we need to have a better view of the entire army.
A list must be made which contains for every division: the name of every member, their grade and their points.
Every division’s boss must be in regular contact with the Minister of Defence.
We also must have a list with people who rank up soon; Weapons must be sent to this people to progress faster. The list must be made as soon as possible.
Articles and Ad Campaign must be organised to have a stronger an army.
The training wars must be continued and the minister will publish an article about that.
We must continue to have a MPP (Mutual Protection Pact) with at least one (better two) of our principal allies.

2- Flanders
It will be appreciated to have a work group which is composed of principal people of the nation who will be in charge to make a good strategy to get Flanders back in the Union.
The work group will have at his head a High commissioner who coordinates that.
A sub forum will be create to which only people who represent the union can have the access to. By “People who represent the union”, I mean: President, Ministers, Party Presidents, former Presidents, Generals of the army, ambassadors, Congressmen for these two parties in Belgium (Benelux Party and Peace ATO)
The current problem can’t be resolved by majority against opposition, but with a large consensus
3- Media
New citizens receive a welcome message from the president.
The new media minister will publish on the forum the different tutorials in an easy accessable place where everybody can read them without registration. Links to these tutorials must be published in the welcome message. These tutorials must be reposted from time to time.
It will be a good idea to try to make another baby boom especially with the occupation of Flanders
4- Changing name
The group “Citizens for Unity” is in charge to find solutions to have a better unity between the two communities. It will be preferable to make as soon as possible the finals recommendations of step 2 and go the step 3 via a work plan.
5- Monetary Market
The stabilization is important; it can only depend of the minister of finances or the minister of state companies. A state secretary of Finances can be created to help the minister in his work to stabilize the market.
6- Finances
The regular news about the finances must be continued.
At the end of the legislature, all ministers will send their total in accounts to the minister of Finances. A summary must be published. It is important for the people to see the expenses.

I'd like to thank Kravenn for being such a pro-active formateur and completely IGNORING the GLD in these negotiations. One entire message to a GLD member to become a minister and the further and utter ingoring of the party are greatly appreciated in these times where everyone calls for a goverment of unity. Thank you for this great example of solidary leadership and thank you for keeping us in the loop regarding the formation of this leadership. I believe this closes the door on any future calls of non-cooperation.
Not every one is asking for a government of unity. For the Flanders case there is cooperation. It works both ways, all party presidents knew Kravenn was formateur. When you are not asked in 24 hours (or earlier) you can ask the formateur.
The government needs to be a team. On the Flanders case a special work group is appointed. I do understand you are disappointed, but there is much more to do.
I disagree Cocoamok. The formateur has a responsibility, NOW MORE THEN EVER, to form a goverment that is supported by all. We do not live in times where we can afford a contested goverment or a goverment that is formed conviniently ignoring the wishes and thoughts of other parties. This most ESPECIALLY after we entered the congress election clamoring for goverments of unity to AVOID unfair politics due to the Flanders situation and the high amount of voters that moved there.
We fully support the Flanders workgroup and hope they can find a way to re-unit our Union politically and avoid a break between Belgium and the Netherlands. Certainly this is one of the biggest points of this periods goverment but NOT it's only point.
IF this was a time of normal goverment formation I'd be fine with the role as a opposition party, but this is supposed to be a time of unity. COMPLETELY ignoring and NOT informing a party I find EXCEPTIONALLY rude and WRONG.
Kravenn. Thank you for forming a goverment of EXCEPTIONALLY experienced people, but NO. You do NOT get the support of the GLD. This goverment was formed, a GLD member was contacted regarding a post but in overal you did NOT inform the GLD in time to react to this goverment. As far as we are concerned this is a BP and LSD formed goverment and the GLD is a oppostion party. We will be watchfull for some of the junior ministers you have appointed and expect you to step in timely if they prove to be unreliable like the Minister of Defence proposed and placed by BP last period.
We support the union and any actions that lead to our unions prosperituy HOWEVER, we STRESS that we consider the way you formed this goverment a CLEAR and APPARANT slap in the face of our party and WILL react accordingly.

Still rather disappointed, when the nation calls for a government of all top-5 parties you dont....
I&W put the biggest effort in the Flanders voting, and you leave them out....
In this time of emergency, you should have taken the best and most experienced, for which you need more parties because they have them too... (Do not think I mean myself)
I am glad to see that any inacitve or ineffective people have been removed or replaced. It looks at first sight like a good team and i want to wish them all good luck and remind them of the importance of being minister. It shouldnt just be a title.
@Flando I&W wasnt left out completely AndreasIssakson and DanielB1989 are I&W. So in my eyes the government did use the best people available when needed which is a good thing. Right now we need to focus on other things then party politics.
Agreed with Flando. What the hell is this, everyone chipped in with voting in Flanders at expense of their own congress seats and now this shit happens.
Also, What kind of party program is this. You're the two biggest parties and have an entire mandate, I expect more.
I agree the comments that says that we need a unity. But we are a unity. The unity are the citizens. The citizens that are working together to improve our union.(Like the CFU project)
There is no need at all to have a government coalition formed by all partys. Even in the past we have seen that its not working at all.
There was so much chatter about unity immediately after the 'Flanders debacle' yet not all parties are consulted about the formation of the new government. A disgrace and I hold Kravenn responsible.
Unity - yeah but as long as it pleases and benefits LSD and BP.
I would also like to add that this isn't a government of all the talents - its just a government of the same old faces and a few novices.
An exception to that criticism would be AndreasIsaksson at Defence and Boklevski at Finance.

I think this government is very well capable of running this country during the upcoming period. A lot of experienced players are in the government. I understand the feeling of being left behind for some parties, but I would like to ask you to stand united and to support the government this period!
It is just a bit strange this month since parties sent people to eBelgium to vote and the government now is based on congress here.
You lost me on that. What do you mean?
Eden 'liberated' Flanders against the will of the people, and we want it back. Therefore all UNL parties asked their members vote in Belgium.
These people couldn't vote in UNL. The more members of a certain party voted in Flanders, the less vote were left to get congress members elected in UNL. That's why this month the congress represents the political views in UNL not as well as usual.
But with or without the voting in Flanders, BP and LSD together have a majority. look at the number of members of the parties: BP alone has more members than I&W, GLD and GVD together, before and after people were sent to Flanders to vote.

I blame PEACE for the loss of Flanders, a small country like ours cant be expected to fight a planned attack by a multi-national force succesfully. I think we need to stop rejecting MPPs and start pushing reorganisation in PEACE. Were supposed to be a member of PEACE but it looks more like PEACE is in charge of us!
