Good way to loose weight! Very informative!

Hello Everyone how our you?

I am on a weight loss program to loose weight! Though it's not really a program at all!
I lost 8 pounds in four days with out starvation, all I did is this!

Here are the easy steps!
Do everyday!
-Do a five minute energy workout of small bouncing and hand movement.
- Then, a 7 minute sequence of different squats on 30 seconds then off 30 seconds.
And that's it for working out!

Eating!
You can eat at the normal rate, but drink water! Drink water instead of eating a snack! If the water dose not work, then eat your snack! This is easy and simple, and will help you loose pounds!

I hope this helps all you Eamericans who are a little older!
