An imperial alliance finally breaks. Airstrikes fail and succeed while the world looks on in chaos.

GOLIATH FALLS

TWO has finally broken into two, and most of the world has begun rejoicing. The alliance has dominated our world ever since the collapse of EDEN. After the fall of EDEN, tensions built between TWO and their smaller comrade alliance, CoT. With nearly no one else to face but each other, and with Serbia and the US emerged in an important war, the two alliances clashed with ferocity. In the end, TWO emerged victorious. After CoT's dissolution, and after Serbia's influence spread among other newer nations in the alliance, irreparable damage was done and the alliance was split into two sides, with the figurehead to each side being Spain and Serbia. Efforts were made by Poland and Hungary to relieve the wounds, but in the end their efforts were in vain. Hostilities increased and controversial IRC logs were shared in the public, just days before the alliance decided to officially dissolve. It is expected that the UK, Poland and Spain are to form one alliance, while Serbia, Argentina, and Romania form the opposing side. Nothing is set in stone, and everyone awaits in mystery while the new world evolves once more.

IMPERIAL DISASTER

Hungary has failed in an airstrike attempt against Singapore. In an event that could go down as the biggest national fail in erepublik history, Hungary failed to win a battle against its much smaller target, Singapore. More surprising than all, is that Hungary had 16 MPPs on its side, yet Singapore had absolutely none. The event was no doubt a sign that many nation's citizens are willing to join together and fight off any larger TWO nation against the underdog, as was done for China twice against Poland and Spain last year.

TALE AS OLD AS COT

Argentina has successfully invaded Bulgaria via airstrike. Spain returned the action with a failed NE against Argentina, while Poland has joined Argentina's attack with an NE against Bulgaria. It can easily be said that politics regarding the fall of TWO will play a heavy part in every move made from here. Many still suspect Argentina and Poland will end up on opposite ends of the spectrum. Bulgaria has acted with an NE against Estonia, most likely as an attempt to move from the area until the region is controllable once more. Meanwhile, Spain has signed another MPP with Estonia.

MY CURRENT MISSION

Aside from a strongly fought battle for PP for the ILP, I'm studying progress of the tournament and fighting in it as best I can. I intend on preparing another strictly individual tournament within the next few weeks as well.
