GM Records 1.2 ~ Take control of your company!!!
Seeing the last release of GM Records was a massive hit worldwide including over 150 downloads, over 200 votes and countless messages and comments I have decided to take all your suggestions on board and launch version 1.2. I have tried to include everyone’s suggestions, if I have missed any please leave a comment and I will add it in for you.

The new features of GM Records 1.2 include;
# You can now change the profit margin
# Adjustable trivia bonus has been added
# There are now 25 employee slots
# A new tab has been added for construction companies. It now has the employee multiplier bonus as 20 employees
# It can now be printed on one page (i dont know why you would print it, but people have asked)
# If a worker has not worked for a number of days simply put 0 as their wage and it will not include their labour cost/production but they will still be included in the employee bonus.

But I have seen what seems to be a mistake : for an employee who has wellness > 80, the sheet indicates that his production@80 would be better ?
And the calculation of the average and total wage doesn't seem to be right.
And I don't understand why for a Q1 housing company with 10 employees, it tells me that the Daily RM used is 8018.
@Sphax - Thank you for alerting me to that. I have fixed the production formula and uploaded the update. I can't see any problems with the average and total wage and my daily RM usage is only 39 for the example I upload it with. I will look further into it after work.
@Sphax - I have worked out why it has 8018 RM used daily, it should actually be 41. I must have multiplied to by the production cost of each product. I will change it when I get home from work. I still can't see any problems with the adverage and total wage, are you sure there is an error with that?

you anly have to change the values in the dark tabs according to your employees skill,wellness and wage and the keep it updated!
the botton tabs (separated from the employees) you have to change the dark tabs values accordind to the .doc ( you have to fill in the Quality of you company,how much profit you aim to have,how much you sell your products and how much you pay for each unit of raw material-if that is the case...)
its quite simple,really... ;p
but try it and see if you can handle it... only by trying and making mistakes your gonna know what you dont understand and what are you doing wrong!

muda os quadrados escuros da follha e poe la a wellness,salario e skill dos teus empregados... mantem sempre isto actualizado!
na tabela separada, preenche os quadrados escuros de acordo com as caracteristicas da tua empresa (por exemplo se tens uma empresa de food Q3 alteras a Quality para 3 e o resto das coisas de acordo com o doc word) ,acrescentas tb o qt pagas pelos raw materials (o grain por unidade) e quanto lucro esperas ter... aqui so mexes para alterar o valor do lucro que queres e o preço do grain,se mudarem o preço a que o compras...)
é simples! experimenta e vai por tentativa e erro... comigo resultou!
