Cand un administrator de firma face angajari, el le poate face doar pe baza de skill. Wellness-ul si-l face fiecare cetatean in parte. In consecinta, cateva sfaturi despre un wellness "sanatos" (atentie, ordinea e foarte importanta si se refera doar la cetatenii care au level minim pentru a merge in armata si wellness minim 40% pentru a putea intra in lupta):
