GHI Policies

(Day 679 of the New World)
Wellness Policy
GHI urges all employees to maintain high wellness. For employees under level 6, every attempt should be made to maintain at least a 40 wellness. Higher level employees are expected to keep their wellness above 90. While occasional drops happen due to battles, lack of battles, or extended absences, extended periods of low wellness could lead to salary reductions or termination of employment.
The easiest way to keep wellness above the minimums is to live in a state with a Q5 hospital, and fight in a battle to access the hospital. Currently, the only two states with such a hospital are Florida and California, so employees are urged to move to one of these two locations if they do not already live there. Relocation assistance is available. PM GHI LLC with your request for details.
Beyond this, health mentoring is available on request.
Attendance Policy
GHI wants productive workers, and wants to see you attain your hard worker medals and the 5 gold that comes with it. However, RL needs sometimes prevent daily attendance, and some people can’t access the game over the weekend. GHI expects absences to last no more than 3 days without prior arrangement. Absences longer than this without notice can lead to termination.
Military Friendliness
GHI supports the eUS armed forces in their jobs to defend the country. GHI will work with any employee that needs released to meet service requirements and rehire at return. The position will be posted at minimum wage and at the employee’s skill level, and salary will be restored at management’s next login. Please give as much prior notice as practical as management does not often log in late at night.
Mentoring
GHI management is willing to answer any questions employees may have about wellness, working, game mechanics, or anything else. PM your questions to the org. You are also urged to sign up for the eUS forums at http://www.eusforum.com/. This is the official forum for the eUnited States of America, and lots of helpful people are there that can offer assistance and answer questions.
Communications
GHI requires that you subscribe to this newsletter to keep updated on news and policies affecting employees. It is also suggested, but not required that you send a friend request to GHI LLC. The newsletter and org will not be used for anything other than company business.
