German and Austrian Liberation

Dear Allies and Friends of eGermany,
In the last couple of days we had some events around eGermany and eAustria. 4 Days ago eItaly was kind enough to let eGermany get their regions back and prevent a PTO.
What were they doing?
Just they know it. But I guess they were saving their gold, to spend it on a declaration of war (368 gold) instead of defending.
Or rather should I ask: Where was ePoland?
Only they know. But what I know for sure is that 6 days ago the polish MoFA gave me a list of conditions and as usual (we got these pretty much every time they conquered us) a threat about keeping us off the map and to PTO us after that with open citizenships. Now I want to share these conditions with you guys (Unfortunately our Forum has maintenance at the moment. As soon as it´s working again I will add the reactions of my government (Ofc they were frightened especially hig):
Conditions of keep political sovereignty of Germany, through no pTO action after congress reversal:
1. No more new embargos against EDEN countries. >> Did it with Switzerland and Italy. Romania is on its way
2. No more new wars against EDEN countries. >> If you meant attacks than I guess I just hit Italy
3. No MPP with Phoenix countries. >> I´m about to sign the Turkish MPP
4. Keep region Bavaria in italian hands till 6th of December or canceled. >> Back to eGermany at 22nd November
5. Keep region Schlezwig-Holstein in swedish hands till 6th of December or canceled. >> ToDo
6. Keep region Saarland in polish hands 6th of December or canceled. >> ToDo
7. Keep region Berlin and Branderburg in polish hands till 26th od December or canceld. >> ToDo
8. Resistance wars in order to get congress will be started in the same breath, on 23rd of December in order to get back regions before Day Change. All RWs will be surrendered by Poland. >> I´d really appreciate it \o
9. In the case of transgress of any condition by German side, Poland will delete German once again and make pTO using political forces working in Russia now. >> Come and get me
Points 1-3 are in vigour till 26th of December.
If I´m right I did 4 out of 7 demands.
Management Summary
eGermany got their regions in South Germany back and a new Capital in Stuttgart. Shortly after this eItaly declared war and tried to conquer Bavaria (or erase Germany? Who knows). Thanks to our allies we defended Bavaria. Meanwhile Austria was able to free themselves from their Italian occupiers in one of the RWs sponsored by eGermany.
I wanted to thank all of our allies and ofc the Lazokrats.

Poland forgot some ideas for the contract (attention - irony):
10. No pressing of Attack Button allowed.
11. No training and working allowed.
12. No log in allowed.
13. Germany has to accept that the "neutral" Swiss will get every region of Germany.

You know, this is only a game. There used to be a time, when ePoland was ptoed by others. Nobody knows what the future will bring.
If I were the ePolish mofa, I would not be so arrogant if I really wanted to make any slightest deal with eGermans.
