Some might have noticed, Elvea, french president, isn't around much, nor has appeared in any article about the war.
However, it's ONLY the president that can start a battle against a region, like two days ago against walloon region, and now against the flemish region.
How is this done? The title of my article gives it away.
Matthieu Bonne, former french president, has acces to Elvea's account.
He admits it himself here:

Could quite easily be construed to say that Elvea was away over the Christmas period, account was managed by whatever his name was, in accordance with the _will_ of Elvea.
Either way, nothing will be done.
Its multi-accounting what ever way you look at it. Its a shut and closed case. Both accounts should be banned. Elvea for giving out her password in the first place and MB for using it.

Who declared war ? UK. France is technicaly only defending. He did not declared war on another country (presidency needs congress approval to do so). Matthieu assume is vice presidency and he's doing well. We french are proud of this.

Anyway, everything is perfectly clear, admins can check what they like. I could have used a proxy like all the cheaters we know in erep (i won't name them, there are some in both alliances, grow up), i didn't hide anything. Again, admins would have banned me if i did something wrong, and i didn't.
This isn't about france attacking the flemish region. You can all do what you like.
It's about matthieu logging in to the "Elvea" account.
This way, the citizen "Elvea" didn't represent the will of 1 real user (the person that plays Elvea), but of 2 real users (Elvea and Matthieu).

Admins removed the "vacancy mode" so it's normal that you give your account to a trusted friend with some order to carry on.
Impeach the president if they aren't doing their job, not use their account illegally. That's what the feature is for.
