France - USA Rental Agreement

The government of the eUnited States is happy to announce the signing of the following rental treaty with France, with the aim of improving mutual relations and the economic situation of both countries.


I. Preamble

In order to strengthen the relationship of the United States and France, a rental agreement for the regions of Brittany, Poitou-Charentes and Pays De La Loire shall improve the economic situation for both countries.


II. Terms


A. France agrees to rent the regions of Brittany, Poitou-Charentes and Pays De La Loire to the United States.

B. France agrees not to attempt to RW these regions and not to help any 3rd party in doing so.

C. The United States agrees to pay an amount equal to each prior week’s tax revenue for these regions (reimbursement for lost taxes from the occupation).


D. The United States shall make the payment each Friday based on the reported tax revenue on the United States Economy page.


III. Enforcement

A. If any terms are inadvertently broken by France or the United States, the situation shall be rectified in a peaceful and patient manner, in order to return to the terms of this agreement.


IV. Renewal

A. The initial term of this agreement expires on the 20th of January, 2015.

B. This Agreement shall automatically renew thereafter for distinct terms of one month.

C. If either the United States or France want to renegotiate this agreement a notice must be sent up until 4 days before expiration, and both parties will cooperate for an agreeable solution after which this agreement can be modified by mutual consent.
