Fail. Epic fail. Mexican Fail.

Sorry about the short article. I’m quite busy with irl things and will be until mid-May.
Time to swallow our pride and admit that we failed. That’s it. We failed. Admit it. Breathe in, breathe out. Good. Now sit down, and realize that we cannot always win. Now transport yourself to the position of an American soldier in Mexico.
Gunshots surround you. The clicking of machine guns is the background, much like the sound of tires is the background of a citizen of Florida or California. In the distance, the tanks roll forward. Several highly feared Swiss “Theocrat Class” tanks pulverize the ground with their tracks, firing a round that explodes with enough force to strike fear into the heart of even the bravest. The ground is littered with the corpses of Americans. Just a few days ago, this region was swarmed with Americans. You entered this battlefield over on the horizon, infinitely close compared to where you will exit. A tank appears behind you. It bears the distinct red and green insignia of a Theocrat. You run, kicking up dust from the windswept ground. A smooth mechanical whirring comes from behind you. You hear an explosion. Then nothing.
This is what our soldiers are facing. Defense is futile. This war now poses a threat to the mainland USA. Yes, it will trip our MPP’s, but do you expect any help from Atlantis? That would be stupid to expect any help from Atlantis. Shut up about how Atlantis doesn’t care about us. Yes, they finally decided to enforce the treaty. So what if it happened to land on us? We are not dead. We still have options.
Option One: Operation Without a Visa
This would be the retreat option. We are in Mexico without a visa, time to leave. Just propose peace. Pass it. I doubt Mexico would decline peace, for fear of option two and/or three.
Option Two: Operation Carlos Slim
Maybe it’s time to fight dirty. This option would involve TO’ing Mexico (Presidential Elections) and using the retreat button. The USA cannot remain honorable forever. Remember one thing: When fighting Peace, there is no honorable and dishonorable. Just alive and dead.
Option Three: Operation Tortilla Press
This is the option that would involve pressing the attack. We can still win, we would just need to throw all our money at this war. The longer we can draw this one out, the longer Peace forces would be distracted.
Option Four: Operation Bicker-amongst-ourselves-like-we-did-in- france-and-let-the-usa-be-invaded-while- we-decide-what-to-do
If we do not pick one of the above options, this will happen. Peace WILL press the attack and the USA WILL be invaded.
Who is to blame?
Two words: Uncle Sam. He got us into this for the purpose of “RWAR” which we all know is not really a valid purpose for war. “RWAR” is a valid purpose for wargames, but not for actual war. I totally called this one when Justin was president. Impeachment time anyone?
Now, which of the following options should we do. I am personally in favor of option three. If we can drag the war out, then we may be able to distract Hungary which would give Romania a break. Keep fighting, we can win.

I am personaly astonished that the biggest country in the game is so weak :/
I vote One and Two. I don't think we'll have time for Carlos Slim before PEACE is knocking at the door though.
Maybe if we pull the tanks back from Romania quietly, we can press the attack with all of that money that we are making from the 20% income tax?
You know, the money that needed to be raised for our War Chest in case something like this happened?
I agree with Markus.
I'm kind of in a state to agree with generally anything.
Agreed with my bud, HM.
Cut our losses.
And we need to ask our leaders a lot of questions.
We pull back from Romania, it'll be a free excuse for eUK among others to refuse to "refund" the 100 gold fine they've imposed.
I love the names for the operations.
As for my personal opinion, it's been time to retreat for a while now. Uncle Sam wanted war, and now he's got one. The US is too weak to handle it and he should've known that our military couldn't pull this off. They won't get past Florida, so we won't be taken over, but Uncle Sam has certainly screwed the pooch this time.

Its not that we're weak! Its that our resources arent organized in any intelligent matter. We're running around like chickens with our heads cut off while Portugal, Indonesia and other lesser eCountries are maximizing their resources in an intelligent manner.
Instead we get pro-US propaganda emails from the President that end with "F*** Yeah America!"
Great strategy. Time for impeachments all around.
We could always switchs side and solve this all together. We could make peace by joining them 😛 (flame away)
"We could always switchs side and solve this all together. We could make peace by joining them 😛 (flame away)"
I, for one, welcome our new Portuguese overlords! Maybe they can actually do something useful with this country's resources!
@Shalmorn: Flame On!
Ok, gay jokes aside, if we pull in some favors, theres no reason we'll need to lose all of Mexico yet. But it needs to happen now. The chain of command needs to be fixed, some of the tanks need to come back from Romania, and a last stand needs to be made and quick.
Time is of the Essence.

True, we don't have our resources organized in any intelligent manner. There's been a lot of talk about nationalizing Weapons and Iron companies. If any progress has been made in that regard, then it's the supply chain that isn't organized.
Or major problem has always been Command & Control. When fighting multiple battles at the same time, commanders have to make sure that soldiers fight in the right battles, at the right times, in the right balance. Our methods of getting orders out to soldiers is lazy at best. How have I received orders? I read the damn media! Putting out national strategy out on open media is tipping out hand to the enemy. They can see our strategy. Not that there really is much to hide in that regard at this point. Our strategists are the kind to attack every pawn without looking to see where the opponent's queen can move in response. It has been overly aggressive.
The root of our problems isn't anyone's fault. The trouble is that we're too damn big! We have too many people. We have too many soldiers. Too many mid-level officers. Too many regions. Too many general managers. It's a logistical nightmare. Smaller countries with smaller populations have it easier to organize themselves.

@pyroelectricity
there is a mistake in your article. the soldiers in the mexican soil were not only with a red green flag, but also with a red white green flag, that means ITALY.
35k of damage from the 1^ Armata only (we have 4 Armata anyway) without the use of gold.
For the ones that think to TO Mexico, try to do it, and we will invade you.
and, omg, you never learn from your mistakes.
Operation french toast wasn't enough for you?
@mappina
"but also with a red white green flag, that means ITALY."
and Hungary 😃
right 😃
If we take our tanks out from Romania and focus on the homeland, then we could, if not win this war at least we can stop the PEACE advance.
Impeach Uncle Sam!!!!!
How to put it in a friendly way?
Mmmm...
Wake up America, the world does not revolve around you. You are one of the many states here, you are not above the others. Be modest, for you are not a superpower. There are stronger nations, and you should start to learn that.
Just because you've got a flag with 51 stars and 10K players, doesn't make you a great nation. You have much to learn, even from Switzerland, with only 150 players.
There are many nations with more active players than the USA. In reality, we only have about 2,000 active players. Indonesia, Romania, and Hungary definitely have more than that. Truth is, we don't really have any resources to allocate.
You keep speaking about numbers but you don't get the point.
It's not Hungary, Romania or Indonesia. Even Italy, Spain, Sweden, are better than you. Even Switzerland.
I know the USA fails.
