You can't use the current location as a sign that somebody is fighting for our enemy. Other possibilities include going to that location to support or fight in an RW as well as accessing their local marketplace or job market. You'll find me all over the map for those above reasons.

If they are present in a country, then there is a high possibility that they are fighting for that country or their mpps and their actual allegiance confirms it

Personally i returned to Canada, returned being the key word, through boredom with this game. Klop the Canadian God himself hinted in no uncertain terms i should give Canada another go (i left last winter due to being offered a cabinet job in Aus) so here i am. Nobody i have seen in the SUFFER org has any plans for a PTO other than the same plans i have seen whilst being a member of any other political party in any other country.
