Preface
This article will continue the thread from the last, however this time it will be an analysis of the superpower Croatia. Again, this is not a tactical dossier, but an information article. This document is attempting to establish a factual basis which our government can act upon.
Social
Croatia is the 7th most powerful nation in the game. With a country power of 1728, they have a population of 1885, outnumbering us (including 'alleged' active citizens) by 1085. Then, with an average citizen level of 51, compared to our's of 11, they significantly surpass the global average of 42.
Like Thailand this means that their citizens are most likely stacked in higher divisions. However, due to the sheer number of citizens within their nation a wide range can be expected, with well supported and large Div 1 and 2. Essentially, their ranks span a great number of levels with strong support in each division.
With eight citizens joining in the last 24hrs, and at least three citizenship change requests pending at the time of writing, it is clear that the Croatian population is ever growing. We in contrast have had no new citizens in the last 24hrs and no citizenship applications.
In short Croatia is supported by a far larger, more active and advanced population than India is.
Economy
With 21 regions to our 3 and Thailand's 12, Croatia is far more widespread and therefore receives far greater economic benefits. Their 21 one regions grant them a bonus:
- +150% on food production
- +140% on weapons production
- +30% on house production
This production bonus when compared to ours (+50% on food production), is clearly far greater. When paired with the basic idea that a larger work force produces more goods and tax, such an increase in production undoubtedly would benefit the nation considerably.
I have been told that the Treasury no longer matter's greatly, however it is important to mention that according to the wiki MPPs can only be formed using money from the treasury; costing 10000cc from each participating country. The presence of 162000HRK within the Croatian territory certainly allows the nation to easily fund 16 MPPs, enabling the nation to find further international support, without economic worry.
Croatia's tax is extracted from all its conquered regions. India's contribution to the Croatian Tax Office over the last 7 days is as follows:
398.59, 440.27, 148.96, 166.35, 345.05, 180.66, 160.61
Not only does this mean Croatia is gaining money but we are also losing it. Similarly, the Work (income), import and VAT taxes of the nation are considerably greater than ours, boosting government funds and thereby boosting public asset funding.
Although not of any particular importance, the minimum wage of 10HRK, compared to our of 0.99INR; and an average of 46.73HRK compared to our 36.01INR is indicative of the profitable and powerful economic empire that is Croatia, a eFirst-world country.
Politics
There is not much the ISS can display here, without actually being a citizen of Croatia. However with a cursory read of the Croatian political page it is clear that the various head's of state (non-dictatorial) are all level 160 and above. Due to the nation's social advancement (see 'Social' above), Croatia has a ready supply of experienced and powerful players who know what they are doing.
NOTE: The ISS does not wish to imply India's leader's do not know/are unexperienced. It merely wishes to point out the 'depth' of the Croatian government.
Since Croatia is not a dictatorship, the Congress holds far more power than our Indian one does. With an even spread amongst 5 parties, the political discussion, I imagine would be far more productive. And it is with numerous Laws being proposed and approved/rejected. As stated above more information can be obtained by contacting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, spearheaded by Pizzarayne.
Military
Croatia is Natural Enemies with France, granting them a +10% damage bonus against France. This does not directly affect us, however the large fighting force Croatia has makes the +10% redundant. The damage shield Croatia is currently equipped with has only 18 damage remaining, and should reach 0 soon, however like a natural enemy bonus, against India, the bonus would be made redundant.
Fighting currently in 9 campaigns, Croatia is strongly linked with other nations through the following MPPs:
-Mexico, 13 day remaining
-Italy, 14 days remaining
-Ireland, 16 days remaining
-Cyprus, 18 days remaining
-Thailand, 18 days remaining
-Indonesia, 19 days remaining
-Georgia, 19 days remaining
-Paraguay, 20 days remaining
-United Kingdom, 22 days remaining
-Ukraine, 22 days remaining
-Belarus, 23 days remaining
-Turkey, 25 days remaining
-Albania, 29 days remaining
These MPPs support each other unless they void the 'Friend of a Friend' rule (see link above). As far as I can tell, there is no obvious potential for such an occurrence.
Finally, luckily for the Croatian's there is no need to fight any RWs as they control all their original territories.
Conclusion
The above is a summary of the status of Croatia at this stage in time. It is merely an update to be used by the government in making informed decisions. My last two articles have detailed Thailand and Croatia respectively, please comment below for which country to analyse next.

Croatia is one of the oldest powers in eRep but despite that, they have quite a powerful D1 (though I think most of them aren't real players but 'puppets'.)
