Well, I've moved here, and i've been granted citizenship (Thanks to whoever did it!) and i must say, so far, i really like it here. The people are friendly, I've already made several friends. I'll get to vote for the first time in around 2 months lol. I feel totally safe protected by the all seeing Merlion. i found a job right away, trying to up my Manu Skills.
All this, and i'm still unpacking....been a busy couple of days! Wish me luck in eSing! May we grow eOld together and Prosper!

Welcome to Singapore. BTW, the Merlion is no longer represent Singapore since the late 90's. It was stripped from the logo of Singapore Tourism Board as well as all tourism related products.
3 physical models are still around, but they mean very little to the citizens & residents of the island. The Merlion has nothing to do with Singapore, it was just an artist creation in the 60's and the tourism promotion board decide to use it as a logo for 30 yrs.
