With a unanimous vote of Congress in the Private Dail, Ireland has committed itself to membership in the ESA. I have contacted the rest of the alliance to let them know of our eagerness to become a member and very soon we will officially be part of the ESA. If you'd like to read up on the alliance, the forum is here:

The forums have been getting quiter recently, so I hope all of you will join me there in building the foundations of this new European brotherhood.
For those who don't know how the ESA works, the Congress of Europe consists of every nation's presidents and one representative from each country. Each individual country can decide who is representative and how long their term is, so I have opened discussions on this in the Open Dail. Please everyone give your input.

Great news. so my question is, in an world where the map can be rewritten overnight, what constitutes 'Europe'? For example, If eIndonesia was eventually successful in taking over parts of Europe, would they therefore be included in the Congress, or does it only include countries that are European by name?
I'm glad that Ireland is making more ties in Europe. I think these connections are important for a good, united and secure society
