Hello East of England!

My name is Eric Ross and I am running as an official candidate for East of England representing The Real Democrats party thanks to the goodwill of the RFA. I have been in three parties in the eUK since my birth and have learned a great deal in all three.

About Myself: I have been playing eRepublik for nearly 4 and 3/4 months now. I began my eLife in the eUSA, but after a short time in eCalifornia and eKarnataka I resigned from the United States Workers Party and moved to eEstonia, then eUk. When I first came to eUK and was granted citizenship. I have been a happy and productive member of eUK society since.

Experience
* I have been playing eRepublik since day 831, and am 21st level.
* I hold the rank of Colonel, and have served in the eUK Navy in the past.
* I have served as an Apprentice in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Gifting Hub.
* I am the current HoC congress rep from East of England.
* I ran Ross Firearms, 70+ Wellness at a modest profit for over a month before selling the company.
* I have four times earned the Hard Worker Medal, and only missed a single days work. This is a testament to the fact that I will be available at least once a day (often more) to hear the needs of our people, and deal with matters of state.
* I have earned the Super Soldier Medal once by virtue of daily training to increase my abilities to defend our nation.
* I run The Straight Shooter (my personal newspaper) and have 74 subscribers.
* I am also running the RIFH, the org for TRD, as well as Seriously Fun Times, our party paper.
* I represented East of England from May 25th to June 25th in the House of Commons and know congressional procedures.

Policies
As a Party, we are in the TRD party unified by our beliefs that every citizen should have a say in how eUK is run. To paraphrase a line from a great movie, Political Parties exist to provide the people with freedom, the people do not exist to provide us with position.

Domestic Affairs: Are currently our main focus, as it is our job to take care of the people in eUK. In TRD everyone has a say and everyone’s voice is heard and entitled to their own opinion on all aspects of Party life. We respect citizen’s viewpoints and hope to build on everyone’s ideas and views to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere that all feel comfortable contributing to.
