1) User generated content which contains vulgarities, pornography, insults, flaming, spam and/or external advertising is disallowed.
2) The use of a system exploit is disallowed.
3) Creating or administrating multiple citizen accounts is prohibited.

User generated content
The part that you might be most interested in is the chronology of the penalties that will be applied in case the first eRepublik Law is not respected. The table below explains exactly their order and other details:
In case you receive a "content block" penalty, your citizen will not be able to create (or edit your) user generated content for a limited period of time, but you will be able to use all other eRepublik features.
Usage of exploits
The penalties in case your citizen/organization is found guilty of usage of system exploits are the following:
-Gold fine (Gold may subtracted from your account);
-skill penalty (your citizen account attributes may be lowered);
-temporary or even permanent suspensions (your access to your citizen account may be blocked for period of time).
Multiple citizen accounts
The penalties in case in which you are found guilty of creating or administrating multiple citizen accounts are the following:
-Gold fine (Gold may subtracted from your account);
-skill penalty (your citizen account attributes may be lowered);
-temporary or even permanent suspensions (your access to your citizen account may be blocked for period of time).
Forum and Wiki blocks
The eRepublik Official Forum and Wiki content fall under the incidence of eRepublik Terms of Service and the above mentioned eRepublik Law: "User generated content which contains vulgarities, pornography, insults, spam and/or external advertising is disallowed."
On these platforms, temporary or permanent blocks are applied based on the seriousness of the infringement. Repetitive blocks may lead to an in game penalty being applied to your citizen account (explained in the sections above).
The eRepublik Official Forum does not have any specific behavioral guidelines.

A bit of clarity;
In the TOS the Admin claims all rights to say or do whatever they feel like at any time what so ever.
They reserve the right to delete your content, inventory, and/or account at any time with no explanation.
"vulgarities, pornography, insults, spam and/or external advertising" are all subject to their whims and it is disallowed for players to ask about their decisions.
A picture of a table could get you a porn ban and a shout asking for more fighters in a battle can get you a FP for spam or flaming.
I don't just make this up, seen it happen to people before.
eRep is tyranny, there is no law other than Admin wins, give them gold!

Are these the actual laws? A lot of these aren't proper sentences. If a contract is too hard to understand it's usually considered void.

@Dumb Emma. That's just the Germans taking over again. They tried to take over Europe militarily and failed. They tried to do it economically and that is failing as well. So they just get you whatever way they can.
