Every day this week, we'll be releasing an interview with each of the ministers in order to give you the opportunity to understand what we're doing to help you! Today, we've got the Country President and former Minister of Defense, Kravenn.

1. You've defied the odds and beaten Dishmcds in the elections with a dominant majority. How does it feel to be Country President?

It was very strange. First of all : When I began to play, I never thought that one day, I would run for Country President and won the election. Also, even if I had more potential voters, I always considered that chances to be elected were 50/50. It was a little bit strange for me to see that the gap between Dish and myself was over 100 votes. I always thought that gap would be 15-20 votes.

2. Quite a few people have been critical of the communication between yourself (as Minister of Defense) and the general public. How are you looking to improve this criticism as you enter office?

A lot of people (in eUK) know that my first language is not English, and writing long texts take me a lot of time. I recognise that I should do more communicate, even if I tried to relaunch MoD News, ... but it wasn't perfect and I am the first to apologise for that. Also even if some topics can be long on the forum, it takes me a lot of time to read some (especially when you arrive at page 8-9). To correct these mistakes, like my predecessors made, I will continue to write daily reports.

Even if they will not specially be long (don't ask me to write a 100 lines text), I will give the main information to UK citizens.

Also, I would like to launch for citizens who are not on the forum (they don't know what they miss because 90% of the game is there): a weekly report (with the new Minister of Media) who will be a summary of currents things happened in eUK with some word of the current president.

3. The Ministry of Defense and the United Kingdom Armed Forces are two major issues. What will you be doing to rectify these issues?

Military Reforms are always the hardest thing to do. Lot of people are involved and after reforms, you are unable to make everybody happy after achieving them. First of all, Involve Mus leaders into command to work as a team. And for UKAF, I try to work on something for players who are a little bit nostalgic but I can't say more about that. Budget is also important.

4. It's been rumored that Alfagrem has been introduced into the Ministry of Defense and is looking to restore the UKAF as a unit. Is this true and, if so, why?

Yes, Alfagrem is an experienced player and restoring UKAF is one of his goal. I think that he could be a great add for MoD. But restoring all UKAF is almost impossible but I don't want to close the door. Most of UKAF soldiers who were ejected from the structure will probably not come back if we restore all the UKAF. On the other hand, I understand if some have difficulties to find a MUs to accept them. I think about a compromise for them.

5. What are you expecting from your ministers this month? Will having no Congress make the role of Minister of Finance more difficult because of a lack of donations to organisations?

Activity !!! but not only that. I have several ideas in my mind and I will talk with each minister about these projects. Also, we have old and some young ministers (like unstupid who play since 3 months or Nebojsa who is really motivated to work as MoM). I am not here to play the dictator with current ministers. I know that I am country President but I consider myself as the manager of the « Team Ministers ». I have my job but I am also here to give help to ministers if they need it.

Like you said, this term will be a little bit « special » for our MoF because until January 26, we are unable to propose donations from Country Accounts to Bank of England. On the other hand, before Christmas, we transfered as much GBP that we could to prevent that kind of problem.

However, We have also several schemes like Land Grants, Oil/Iron, ... who doesn't require directly donation from Country accounts to Orgs. We should « survive » without a lot of problem of that kind of situation.

6. Another major issue is our alliance with ONE. There have been calls from some "extremists" to disassociate ourselves from ONE and move to a pro-ONE status like we were previously. How would you respond to this?

I always been a ONE supporter and I am still a ONE supporter. I will cut rumors : Last Month, we joined ONE and it is unthinkable to leave the alliance. Leaving ONE would be like fire a bullet in our own foot : It is not good for me and not good for country. There is no negotiations possible about that. We are in ONE with our true allies and I want to stay in ONE

7. How do you propose to change the tide of the United Kingdom's situation? Will we be seeing a greater response from allies or a more co-ordinated effort to restore our nation?

I will not hide it. Last month, ONE lost several important campaigns. Like I already said, the game is cyclical, some months ago : ONE destroyed everything, but it is a game and you can't keep forever an empire. The most important thing to win again and give a good lesson to our enemies is cooperation. Cooperation between Ministry of Defence and Military Units but also a better help and cooperation between allies. We are 10 countries in ONE but if every country play for himself, we can't win. Even if some people can think that it is strange to fight for serbia (or another ally) when we have 3 RW in UK. I prefer to play « collective » and receive good help later than stay selfish. When we will all play like a team : we will win and give them something that they will remember.

8. By the end of the term, what will you have hoped to achieve?

25 months ago, I joined eUK as a « lambda » citizen. Shortly after, I became congress member and joined Armed Forces. I am more military oriented than domestics. My goal is to have back our regions. We have 12 original regions, Most of these regions are under foreign control but they belong to United Kingdom and I want them back.

On domestic plan : « upgrade » the current library and offer to new citizens an easier way to begin their e-life.

I don't forget that having a congress is essential for the country.
