This ministry will divided into three parts; with clearly defined objectives. Although between the parts will work together to ensure succeed at both, because this Ministry will be one of the most important, both for eCuba as for the of eWorld.

The objective is to have suitable teaching material, regulated and leveled so that everyone can learn the basics, and if want to increase the knowledge to the level you want. -following Therefore the steps of the Ministers of Education last month; continuing the hard work of creating guidelines, to complete the missing guides, besides with a compilation of all these guides, leveled in difficulty and usefulness.

The objective of this ministry is to select the battles which eCuba has to involve an active way, both help allies and for the defense of our own country . - The priority in this case, will maintain the original regions at all costs, so to achieve keep what has been achieved so far.

Because Ecuba has always been known for being a democratic republicwhere everyone are welcome. And this is something that we must protect and preserve, our national security .
