This is short and simple article with results of elections in eIreland - congress elections January 2012. I collected data from this page.
Note: Final results has been changed. This article contains all updates.
Overall, yestarday 217 people used their right to vote for congress members. In January in eIreland we will have 40 congress members.
5 parties participated in that elections:
IIP - Irish Independence Party
IPP - Irish Progressive Party
ILP - Independent Labour Party
TLP - The Labour Party
IUP - Irish Union PartyNumber of congerss members from each party:
IPP - 14
IIP - 13
ILP - 9
IUP - 3
TLP - 1

yes ofc shaql, that's why Irish Progressive Party is so UNIQUE! But the fact is that name of party isn't the most important matter!
Final tally may well change things a lot , With Irelands new regions

TY DerBrad, I didnt notice that mistake.
I made the 'Independent' Labour Party before it was cool to have "independent" in party names!
Well Ireland is a very Independent place.
