I announce the start of the eJapan Gold Loan Program
As seen by actions of both governments and individuals, loans of gold are been done for upgrading Training Centers. For this purpose, the eJapanese government shall also start its own Gold Loan Program.
Terms and Conditions
1. Applicant must be an eJapanese citizen in an eJapanese MU.
2. A maximum of 5 gold can be borrowed within the 44% discount offer.
3. Repayment will be in the form of 2,150 yen per gold due by Day 1650.
4. Applications can be denied.
5. Acceptance of the applications shall be done by the President.
Currently 300,000 yen (equivalent to 30 loans) has been allocated for the purposes of this program, with potential expansion based on initial results. Please apply by reply to this post using the following format:

All requests in alternative forms will be denied.
I hope that loans such as this program can be a normal feature of eJapan in the future. It depends on the commitments of the citizens of eJapan. Please do your most for the country.
Edit: Given the frustrating lack of activity, I have lessened the conditions and I myself shall act as the surety of the loans.

well is not a good program in my opinion, eJapan need a good economic program to grow up in economic plan and after this eJapan need a bank and give loans to the people who want to invest in companies...this is my opinion...good luck anyway!...

Conditions aren't that strict, its to more ensure activity. Someone who has more friends and is more apart of the community is more likely to stay around and actually be around to payback the loan.

I encourage people to take advantage of this program. People that need any outside reference, feel free to contact me; you just may make a new friend in the process! I encourage members of all political party affiliations and MU affiliations, to recognize the fact that we are all citizens of the same country, and that life is too short to hold grudges, or to make permanent enemies of anyone.
It might seem restrictive at first, but just reach out to someone you may not otherwise have!
Never mind, the program as I understood it initially has changed. Since the president is now doing the vetting of applicants directly, my offer to be a reference for anyone that may need one is moot.

This will definitely become useful.
However I was given 7000 Jpy at the start of my game by someone generous and it's lasted me. At my level right now I wouldn't need the gold. I could use it to upgrade buildings but I am going to get there very soon on my own.
But it's a fantastic plan.

Sumeragi, I realize that the gold has been allocated for use in upgrading training centers...however, I already have Q3, but I could use the gold today to upgrade my Food Factory while the discount is still in place, Tom I would gladly accept you as a reference and I'm sure I could find someone else as well.
