Dear eBelgians,
Here are the official results of the Res Belgica poll for the upcoming CP elections:
-Maresal Lengas (TBD, supported by ATO and BLP) - 50.00% votes;
-Director9 (FireSquad) - 21.42% votes;
-14.28% of Res Belgica members wanted to support our own candidate, and all of them specified that their choice is El1teBE. But I am not running and I have no plans to run for CP in near future, so - thank you guys, and sorry if I disappointed you;
-7.14% of the voters want Res Belgica to stay neutral in the CP elections.
-other 7.14% of the votes are not considered valid.
This means, in September 5th, Res Belgica will officially support Maresal Lengas for CP. But of course, every member is free to vote for any candidate, no matter which canddate we're supporting. I hope there will be fair elections, and that the best candidate will win!

EDIT: Due to some unexpected circumstances I decided to change Res Belgica supported candidate for CP.

No, I am talking about the votes of the people who voted, but didn't sign their name (wanted to remain anonymous), so I don't know who voted. Last month we also had invalid votes.

Of course they can! We are not forcing anyone to vote for any candidate. Each Res Belgica member is free to vote according to his free will.

It is good to see RB members democratically choosing who to support as a party. Of course, all should vote their own conscience, but this is a good indication of the sentiments of those active enough to respond.

i don't see why you are removed Maresal from your list. I just see in this moment a campain to destroy the reputation of Maresal, that's why i'm leaving ebelgium, i can't stay in a country who can keep silence.

This "edit" is kinda weird.
"Taking responsibilities" is something that's got to be done a within some kind of limits : here, the statutes fixed for the party president. For example, making a hard choice, non-popular, but that you would be allowed to do so : that would be exactly "taking what you are responsible for".
But acting by breaking your party rules is not "taking responsibilities", it's more like "taking IR-responsibilities".
I am aware that my decision will bring me lots of negative points, but all I am trying to do is to protect Res Belgica of throwing mud in our face afterwards, and eBelgium of being put into chaotic position.
I add that my comment is just a theoretical comment.
I don't know the contents of this case and I don't take any position neither in favor nor against any politicians.
