eCZECH Agenda - From Declarations to The Actions Plan
Czech life is not that interesting. Full stop.
I would personally rather leave for another country if I was in my 15-ish levels.
But I am 20, it will take me a long way to 21, I ve seen a lot of different stuff already and I am here. I red most of the forum and newspapers, chated/cross-mailed with almost 50 guys and have full understanding of what is happening in eCzech.
Below you ll find my discoveries and way outs.
DISCOVERIES
1. Czech voters are 100 (i may assume 20% multies) - these voted for the president (November)
2. 60% of eCzechs are interested in Party elections. (November)
3. Czech government is doing nothing (most of the times), just declarations
4. There were no Skill 0 offers (as I told 2 times during this month)
5. The eCzech forum does not have enough of info in Czech language and that makes it real doubtful that baby boom will occur.
6. Officials are overconcentrated on wiki
7. Taxes are not explained why
8. Hospitals cover the country pretty much (but Southern Bohemia is not covered and 10-15% of the population is dying there)
9. After the crush of Slovakia there is no war, and no war is forseen
10. Congress is not experienced - nothing is really discussed (even though every voting means gaining experience)
11. President is not offering a Citizen Message change (i know it sounds funny but it also adds exp points)
12. Social life is boring: 3-4 articles a day with no to very little information
13. Although there are some people bored enough to dislike the situation (DaLe, the_blasphemer, Thain Peretz, Vit Ruzicka) they dont go far from trolling or declarations
14. I havent seen a PLAN
MY PROPOSAL IS OPEN THE eCZECH AGENDA
- 1000 citizens: To be discussed – TBD - War with Hungary and subsequent baby boom
- Balanced and clear tax system – TBD – Zero tax at where it is possible. Creation of Free Economic Zone
- 100% Hospitalization – TBD – Getting the better vision. Getting Hospitals for FREE
- Licensing program for businesses – TBD - Turning eCzech into a place to resettle via eCzech Free Economic Zone program
- Activation of embassies – TBD – Activation of connections with the state led armies and military groups.
- Neutrality while having war every day – TBD - How professional fighting brigades will add fun to the game. Military for money vs. military for patriotism or alliances
THIS AGENDA IS TO BE FINALIZED BEFORE THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS and I ask the players that really care to contribute and clash and enter discussions. President DaLe's help will be welcome.
The AGENDA is going to be the cornerstone of the PLAN that every future President has to follow.
Then there shall be Targets: short-, mid-, long- term.
And every government is working on them.
I will disclose my ideas on HOW and WHY we do it in a couple of articles to come.

GOVERNMENT TEAM
A professional target oriented government has to take into power. I will be seeking the support from my friends that achieved a lot in this game: Ptitzin (ex Minister of Finance of Russia, in Parter’s government created the system and transparent reporting tools), IceQUICK (t’jelle Banks partner and creator of www.ereliant.us ), Cirno (two times President of Norway), Ryan Flamm (my long time partner, American residing in eRussia), Taxi (Swedish celebrity and two-times Minister of Finance of Norway), Assato and some others.
I have to really mention President DaLe, Vit Ruzicka, the_blasphemer – as the core of the eCzech society without whom creation of the working policy is not possible and I will rely on Svoboda activists, Party President Pollo005, Mossad, Ruaihdry Garvey and others.
The final Government list will be fixed before the elections.

WHO IS DENIZ KHAZARI?
Apart from spending last 40 days in eCzech Republic Deniz has a very short resume.
Business
The business owner or co-owner of: Stock Market, Duty Free, Duty Free Wood, Duty Free Iron, I make Africa a better place, Price Harvard, Hansa, enron industries, BUY AND SELL HOUSES.
Factories in these orgs are: 2x Q5 Gunz (one of them is a remarkable ex-BioShock (http://wiki.erepublik.com/index.php/Gunzilla_Q7 ), 2xQ5 Houses, Q5 Hospital, Q4 Iron in Asturias and Q1 gunz that are part of Svoboda development program.
Created and maintained the union of house sellers. Chat room on eRep http://www.erepublik.com/en/chat/room/208 ) and #houses on http://webchat.quakenet.org.
Managed to sell almost 1000 houses via the black market together with the partners/resellers (list of resellers here: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/dear-buyers-our-agents-speak-your-language--914782/1/20#comments )

Politics
I was 2 times congressman in South Africa (Limpopo and Free State provinces) and a member of Gold Party. Left the party and the country in search of a calmer harbor.
A short pre South African experience includes living in Russia and Iran and Turkey.
Military
I had 2 crazy fights making me a Battle Hero and one of them real remarkable one in Rhode Island, USA, during the liberation war vs. Russia.

Well, it is possible to get 1000 citizens, but will we have the infraestructure to hold them? Or they will just leave after a couple of weeks due to lack of fun?

Why would the businessmen ressetle their company paying 20 gold for each q1 factory and plus 20 gold for each export license if they already have their facilities installed in places where they are profitable?

Are you proposing to turn our army into a mercenary group? Although I agree it would add a lot of fun to our elives, I believe it wouldn't be nice to sned them to fight for imperialistic countries like Hungary.
By the way: "3-4 articles every day" We are having some progress, when I arrived it was about 1-2 per day. :p

You can have all the plans in the world, if you don't have the community to work with you, you are screwed, and currently we have less then 10 active players...that is the problem!
You can't make eCzech Republic a better place to live if there is no Czechs that care for it, and if you are making a better country for foreigners...well, that's another story
About the plan with paid army, and the russians:
I turned down their offers since it's not acceptable for one countries soldiers to go fight under command of another countries Ministry of Defense.
And even if we wanted that, our tanks are in congress or PPs, and sending strength 5-6 soldiers abroad is waste of money (who ever is paying for it)

being a Minister of Defence of 10 people is cool but being in charge of a mobile group of guerillas of 10 is better.
i am online often (spending at least 3 hours a day) in my chat room Houses (208).
list and number of soldiers is confidential like in every army, but it's sure bigger then 10

0% tax should be the only relevant thing on the political agenda. I am considering moving back to Denmark where taxes are lower, but a tax reform would change my mind.

3. Those who have been using forum/chat have been better informed than those who don't.

5. You are not the really saying anything new in this regard. Feel free though to try and motivate native Czechs to post more articles in Czech. Nicneumel made a great job with the portal and Czech translation in any case.
