Working is not automatic.

A simple task such as working may seem automatic, but in E-Republik, it is not automatic. Allow me to explain.|||Fellow Workers:

Your character does not go to work automatically. You must click "Go To Work", and follow through with the process.

Working is vital for this company to prosper. When we reach 500/500, one house can be successfully built. In our current stage, we are barely hovering over 6/500. We have a long ways to go.

Success of the company is incumbent on its workers. If we do not make houses, then we can not sell houses. If we do not sell houses, then the company will fall flat.

It is to be noted that your wages come from our revenues. Without revenues, workers can not be paid, and therefore have no job.
