Dust off those Weapons!
As stated in a recent article by the Prez. An agreement has been made between the US and Mexico. The US will invade Mexico via Baja, but the fight will not last long as Mexico will retreat, giving us Baja as training grounds.

No Resistence Wars will be started until AFTER the US provides Mexico a Q5 hospital in a region of their choice. After that has been taken care of, the training shall begin. Resistence Wars will happen very frequently, and everyone is advised to fight for the DEFENDERS. I personally recommend to not buy weapons in mass, as it will boost the prices sky high, instead buy/ use maybe 1 or 2 per fight, this way you save some money, and the prices don't skyrocket too high.

The signature in game of the elected President of Mexico is needed to end the War Games, and the agreement of both Presidents is needed to cancel the ceasefire. In the case of a Permanent Ban of any parties involved, all property of the banned entity shall be awarded as penalty to the other nation.
If any signatory which is required to constitute the agreement dies, the agreement is still considered valid and enforceable, and is treated as if the party is banned, listed below.

Fines can be paid by any means necessary, from country treasuries, National Banks, or any other Orgs used in the Country’s management. This applies to all parties involved in the contract.
Resistance War games shall be defined as the United States beginning Resistance Wars, paid by themselves, in the region of Baja, Mexico (which would be held at that moment by the United States). They retain the region up until the date the contract is terminated, and can have as many Resistance Wars as they'd like in that region. Once again, we'd like to affirm that no Resistance war can begin until the United States, as promised, provides the 350 G for Mexico to purchase a hospital.
