I Enjoy Goats.
I ate goat once ... it was in a stew at a Tibetan restaurant. They substituted the goat because they'd run out of yak. I probably should have ordered the chicken.
I ate goat once and it was suprisingly delicate.
I'm a vegan, so you guys can eat sh*t if you want to... and die younger than you need to. The dirty little secret is that sheep and goats might have a disease called scrapies, and sheep are OFTEN fed to cattle, which develop a version of the disease called bovine spongiform encephalopathy, otherwise known as mad cow disease, which is related to a disease that affects humans, called Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD, likely related to eating meat. Enjoy your steak!
