Does the Constitution matter?
Thss is probably more a matter for the forum but the forum is fairly inactve so I hope you don't mind me asking here
Dale brought up The Constitution earlier. It says
1. The President is the head of state.
2. The President shall assume his office upon publicly taking the oath of office.
3. Citizens may only serve as President if they have
lived in the Czech Republic for no less than a period of 2 months.
4. The President can be removed from office at any time by a successful vote in favor of impeachment taken by Congress.
Will this affect the elections. What I mean is if Gertrude Groan or Sognatore are elected will they be given Presidential Privelages such as the right to choose a cabinet, access to government orgs and Presidential access on eCzech forum

Maybe two months is a bit too much, but Sognatore is a joke, he appeared here from nowhere (Italy, to be precise) and now wants to be the president.
Come on, it is a bad taste joke.
it is erep law becuase it was on the official forums in the contract section and was signed

nothing you can do about unless it is amended
as far as I am concerned, I won't give access to the goverment organizations to Sognatore if he is elected
@Vit : but that can be revolution !
Alot of erep laws were formed because of our constitution. Alot of the erep laws were taken from out constitution )
There is also a part in the constitution about CNB. If any presidential candidate doesn't respect the constitutional 2 months residence rule, then it doesn't speak in favour of that person to respect rules about country assets, does it?
I have sent a message to the Admin about this. Let's see what they sat.
thank you all for answering
