Ending a war
There is also 2 ways to end a war:
signing a peace treatyhaving no more common borders, when no campaign (resistance campaigns excluded) in that war is active.
If the two countries no longer share a common border, the Natural Enemy is cancelled.

You know why it doesn't make sense? The first Romanian AS. All their enemies (Brazil included) laughed at them because they lost the campaign on that same very rule, the oh so famous "first failed AS". One was think that old people would pay attention.
This. After that happened to Romania, EVERYONE payed more attention to that rule. I still don't understand why Brazil forgot about it, it's not like they have no old players.... 😒
