Deploying Troops, More Realistic War, Railway

3 Day 748, 21:14 Russia
Well, right now the battle system in erepublik is quite - simple. But as we all know, in real life war is not so simple. I mean, not all citizens of a country can just fight from their region because they have an MPP.
I think there should first of all be "official" armies for each country. This shouldn't be a "player's association for fighting" as it is right now. There should be a module INSIDE erepublik which organises troops. The commander-in-chief of the army should be able to mobilise troops to different regions, countries, through paradrops, railway transports, road transport (depending on urgency). There should be a delay in which the troops reach. This i think would make warfare more balanced instead of just 1 tank on each side doing 30k damage. It should be more centered to a group of soldiers.
I think it's really unrealistic to have a man in Kaliningrad fighting in Kyusu. (gun ranges really arn't that long). So I suggest a "transportation" system other than moving tickets. There can be railways, truck transports, paradropping, transport ships, etc. These can all be used depending on urgency, but of course they should cost some amount of money per group of soldiers or per man. Like paradropping can cost 2g per group of soldiers and it would get them onto the battlefield quicker, but it might have fewer men in a group. Railways could cost something like 1g per group and would take a specific amount of time, but it would be able to transport larger numbers.
There should also be a limit on MPPs, so that everyone can't just "belt the shit out of" everyone. I mean in real life smaller armies have defeated much larger armies.
There can also be a "per-day" war cost for a country to stay in the battle as war is expensive.
Everyone add to what i've written so we can make erepublik better.

I salute

I second the motion, I also find it quite unrealistic that in Russia there is no such thing as -sani- and -sanki- which are widely deployed by the Russian troops to bring mobile units to the front lines. I think this and introduction of -kalachi-, a special type of sidearms to replace plain weapons, could be a god way out of this dead lock we are in atm.
