The Department Of Defense is looking for 2 companies who are willing to give the IDF and ISDF members discounts on their guns in return we will send our soldiers to buy their guns from your company. We are taking bids starting on day 319 and closing the bidding on day 330.
All bids for the contract please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and send it in to this SO and me and igor will choose the 2 lowest bidders to sign an exclusive long term contract with. Quality of weapons will be taken into account also.

just to assure that a the contract did actually go the the lowest bidders(not that i dont trust ya Ciaran - but since we are now all \"democratic and minority government\" stuff, I thought it might be proper to go all the way with that😉
As I ever done in Waterford, things would be better done on the open view.
I have no problem with making the information transparent for all to see. It is your right to know where you tax dollars are being spent.
