winner side bh get 4g + bonus(2.5/4g)
loser side get nothing
so bh hunting is very hot, especially for winning side
winner bh usually need 10 mil damage, and loser bh is ignorant

2. epic and pp
during the first period, player will get many energy bar because of 3 pp of epic
war. so GM changed the epic pp setting.
from now on, 3 pp in the epic war can only exist between 49 and 51 of wall
this setting suffur so much criticism.
