Dáil Éireann Voting Record for 11/26 - 12/10
Dáil Éireann Voting Record for 12/11 - 12/25
Dáil Éireann Voting Record for 12/26 - 1/10
Dáil Éireann Voting Record for 1/11 - 1/25
1/26:
Lower import tax on moving tickets from 60% to 50%. Proposed by Glenn Wauters.
NO
Ireland needs to increase the presence of internal non-weapons companies, not decrease it. Also, this was not proposed in the Dáil before-hand.
1/30:
Issue 40,000 IEP for 200 gold. Proposed by John Jay.
YES
Our economy is in tatters and we need a jump-start any which way we can get it. The problem isn't the devaluation of the IEP as much as it's an overabundance of companies selling the same thing.
1/31:
Transfer 84,000 IEP from the country accounts to Banc Ceannais. Proposed by Niall H.
YES
A simple procedure to liquidate the country accounts and put the money in the national bank.
2/5:
Raise minimum wage from 5 IEP to 6 IEP. Proposed by Paradig_Pearse.
NO
Raising the minimum wage is pointless. One extra pound a day does not a strong newcomer make. This also wasn't proposed in the Dáil before-hand. As you may or may not know, Padraig is banned from the national forum. He's banned because, no matter what he tells you, he's a leak machine and a verifiable threat to national security. So, next time... don't vote for him.
2/6:
President of Ireland proposed a MPP with the United States. Proposed by Edana Savage.
NO
This proposal was 100% unscrupulous. It's a direct slap in the face of our good friend the UK. In addition to that, it's turned out to be absolutely useless as Phoenix has no plans to attack any of the United States' native regions before the MPP expires. Patton was the one who proposed it in the Dáil and should be held responsible for the 100 gold Ireland wasted on this trash alliance.
There were a total of fifteen throwaway proposals that I did not include in this report. Needless to say, I voted no on all of them.
Citizenship Approvals: Benjou and Brian Boru
Regarding my approval of Brian Boru's citizenship (which was done without clearance from the Department of Immigration)...
Logged last night on IRC (#ireland)
Brian Boru: Longbaugh, you a TD?
Longbaugh: I am TD, Brian.
Longbaugh: Why?
Brian Boru: Do you have citizenship requests left?
Longbaugh: 1 left.
Longbaugh: Why?
Brian Boru: I’d like it.
Brian Boru: If that’s acceptable for you.
Longbaugh: Talfryn was my last.
Brian Boru: Oh?
Longbaugh: Tell me why you went to Russia.
Brian Boru: The Soviet Programme.
Brian Boru: There's a mega-commune there at the moment.
Longbaugh: Hmmm…
Longbaugh: Naw.
Longbaugh: If you'd said PHX I'd have approved it.
Longbaugh: I'd get in "trouble" either way.
Brian Boru: You won't get in trouble.
Brian Boru: Who the hell would care other than tw*ts like Octavius Dryst?
Longbaugh: It'd be fodder my opponents on the 25th.
Longbaugh: There's a PTO attempt brewing in the Labour Party.
Brian Boru: I intend to return to take back that party.
Longbaugh: Is that right?
Brian Boru: It’s mine after all.
Longbaugh: Alright Brian, only because I like you.
Brian Boru: That's the main reason I want Irish citizenship back.
Longbaugh: But if you aid the PTO you'll have a political enemy in Longbaugh for the duration of your stay in Ireland.
Brian Boru: Longbaugh, I started the Labour Party.
Brian Boru: I have no desire to see it PTO’ed.
Longbaugh: As long as you understand me.
Longbaugh: Do you understand me?
Brian Boru: I understand you.
Longbaugh: Mr Ginge, you'll be my witness that I broke protocol.
Longbaugh: Done.

goin back to the bar now
join me DT ?
1. Thanks for letting in a citizen that the Dail banned from entering the country. He only stole the entire Irish treasury and all the state companies. Thank you for being such a great and conscientious TD.
2. I understand why you didnt like the US MPP since your still a little butt sore from your time in the US. However, at the time it was the right thing to do . It is funny how hindsight is so clear
@ patton
Brian Boru is on notice. He's claimed that he will help stop the PTO in the Labour Party. Kolshire was also in the room when that discussion went down.
As to your claiming that I'm relying on hindsight. I was saying that the MPP was a mistake the day it was bounced around as an idea BY YOU. I was also saying we should send the IDF to London weeks before you finally capitulated and began pretending that the idea was yours all along.
As far as I'm concerned, for a beta giant like you who's supposed to be world-renowned for his knowledge of the war module, your inept and tireless attempts to get that alliance passed are in direct contrast to your alleged integrity. You knew that Phoenix was openly declaring that it had no intention of attacking the United States' native regions (which is the only way said alliance will be activated), yet you STILL used your considerable pull and reputation to get your way. And, Ireland is 100 gold poorer as a result.
Don't give me the bull**** hindsight defense. That's a refuge for intellectual scoundrels. My FORESIGHT was 20/20 on this one. Care for me to provide the links?
You are a fool Longbaugh now I know it for certain. I regret ever having given you citizenship.
And yes Brian, I do care and will do my best to stifle any actions on your part.
Brian Boru is not currently a threat of any form the the Irish State.
Longbaugh, labour appreciates you allowing BB in to vote for our chosen candidate as it has been difficult getting confirmed support from other parties and so we have been forced to do this. It is my understanding that Brian Boru will not be staying in Ireland long as he has other plans.
I also want to give out to DT who opened the comments on this article with *yawn*. DT there is no need for this attitude towards Longbaugh who has been good enough to publish to the people of Ireland to tell us how he has voted on this months issues in the Dáil. It seems that your attitude towards this article is based entirely on your confliction of faith.
Cheers 🙂
@ Octavius Dryst
In a situation where the benefits outweigh the risks, I took a risk. If our nation made a habit out of doing the same we'd all be much better off.
But yeah, let's just all let patton off the hook for spending the last month taking a DUMP on Ireland's foreign policy. Sure, THAT'S acceptable!
