Latest(Final Update on this term)
Croatia has decided to retain only 5 regions of the original six regions. They are giving Karnataka back to us. In lieu of this, the rental accrual shall be 100k from the month of November onwards.
Also, a discount of 20000 INR (for the month of November alone) has been accepted by our Govt. This is based on a request from Croatian side as they didnt enjoy the rental bonus with their capital shifting happening only during this month. Hence the rental for the month of November shall be 80,000 INR

@addy, croats send the money to the CP directly, that's my understanding..i cud be wrong as well

Was it considered to deposit the funds directly into the in-game treasury to fund MU's? Is so, why was that consideration not acted on?
