G’day eAustralia!

I know you’re hanging out to hear about some warsies… Haha, you’ll have to wait! First, I will tell you the article contest winners. I’d hoped for something beautiful, something informative, and something funny, and we came pretty close to that.

The winners:

1st place, 5 gold to kattrina for Winner 1

2nd place, 3 gold to Juan Ico for Winner 2

3rd place, 2 gold to Gueneo for Winner 3

Yes, two of the articles involved people’s official duties. Well, only 4 articles were published in non-gov papers during the contest, and 2 were kattrina’s. So basically every writer who published in their personal newspaper won a prize. Maybe next time more citizens will take up the challenge…



What’s new in wars:

Interesting story… Indonesia is bored, and their CP has been largely absent due to RL work in remote locations without connectivity. So Indo’s congress decided to NE Aus. We received notification about Indo’s desire for a “TW” via PM from an eIndonesian congress member, at the same time the NE was proposed.

Being a good red-blooded Aussie, I returned the NE proposal straightaway, so look for a declaration of war shortly after game day change to 2836. Do not go lightly, people- fight hard, play hard, and let’s get some nice golds.😃




What else is new:

eAustralia has canceled our rental agreement with Peru. Negotiations are underway with other prospective tenants, though I do not expect to have anything finalised until some days after the tournament is finished. Because everyone is busy having fun with warsies!
