Correction of game bug consequences - Transfer your SKK to Slovakian Bank today

Dear Citizens of Slovakia,

a few weeks ago, there was a joint operation between your country, Ukraine and Hungary to take the iron region of Podolia from Romania. The operation was successful, however a considerable part of the Slovakian treasury was transferred to Hungary during that. A few hours later, a hacker transferred many Hungarian region to Romania, therefore the major part of your SKK landed there. The admins haven't yet corrected the financial consequences of the hacker attack.

While the Slovakian President nathan5, and the Hungarian President Ipath, consulting with Slovakian ex-President smrtan, reviewed the financial issues between our countries, it became clear that while the 18 May bug at Western Slovakia occured (WS was occupied by Polish when an RW and a Hungarian attack followed each other on that - the RW was successful but not closed in time, and the region finally transferred to Hungary from Slovakia) a huge amount of SKK was transferred to Hungary. The region was given back to you by Admins but not the money.

Presidents nathan5 and Ipath agreed that this sum of 5117 SKK should be transferred back to Slovakia as well as the sum that was captured during the Podolia operation and remained at Hungary. Hungary expresses its will to transfer back the parts captured by Romania and Poland, it they are refunded to Hungary as a correction of hack consequences. The transfer was made from eMagyar Nemzeti Bank to Narodna Bank Slovenska today, 23 August.

We acknowledges this agreement not just a sign of goodwill and an act of the Slovakian-Hungarian alliance and cooperation but also as an act to be followed by other countries, even at war, how to correct unwitting effects of game bugs.
