The United Kingdom and Norway are pleased to announce a new step in bettering of the relations between the two countries.

1. Respecting the national sovereignty and independence

1a) The United Kingdom and Norway will respect each other's sovereignty and take steps into preserving each other Congress if they are ever in jeopardy.

1b) The United Kingdom will strongly defend Norway from any future AirStrike and territorial aggression, unless if asked otherwise by the Norwegian government.

1c) Both countries will not pass Natural Enemy or Declaration of War laws against each other unless if the legally elected* governments of both countries agreed to do so.

1d) Countries are free to do their Foreign Affairs and sign MPPs as they see fit.

2. Renting contract

2a) The United Kingdom will rent Vestlandet and Sorlandet regions for 1,000cc per region each day.

2b) The rent payment will be done to Norwegian Treasury on the 25th of each month.

2c) In case any of the regions are liberated, Norway will approve Natural Enemy law against the United Kingdom after consultations with the legally elected* government of the United Kingdom and do what is in its power so these regions are retaken by the United Kingdom.

2d) The days that regions are not under control of the United Kingdom are not to be paid for.

2e) Norway will not set Combat and Daily orders against the United Kingdom in these regions unless agreed otherwise with the United Kingdom.

2f) If Norway wishes to cancel the deal, they have to inform the United Kingdom 7 days in advance.

2g) In case the United Kingdom is invaded, it deserves the right to cancel the deal and return the regions to Norway, while respecting all payments.

2h) The United Kingdom will not rent acquired Norwegian regions or let other countries pass unless agreed to do so with the legally elected Norwegian government.

3. Norwegian Congress protection clauses

3a) Norway's Congress will be protected at all the times while this agreement is valid.

4. Civil war and internal politics non-interference

4a) The United Kingdom and Norway will not interfere into each other internal politics in any way.

4b) Norway and the United Kingdom will not start, finance or support the rebel side of the conflict in a case of the civil war.

4c) In an occasion of rebels obtaining control of the country, the clauses of this agreement will remain valid and communication will be continued between the democratically elected governments unless any of the members of the elected government are already blacklisted (the blacklist is provided to the authorities of Norway).

5. Termination of the agreement

5a) In case legally elected* governments break any of the clauses of this agreement, the other side can declare it null and void.
