Congressional Elections Final Results

Across the country and onto your screen, the Merchantman provides you with Congressional election coverage for this Saturday, April 25.

Alberta:

Alberta ends the evening with 2 Congressmen, Duke Leto and Unthak, likely due to below average turnout at less than 10%

British Columbia:
Dabman and Ralph de Ver end as the Official Candidates in BC, driving voter turnout to a bit over 10%

Sloche of the PPC, Manson Tai of the CSD, and Leps Dissim of the CPP round out the wildcards for BC.

Manitoba:

Petz and Dethkill end the evening as the Official Candidates with Mick Kaine and Le Grand Monaque as the wild cards.

Turnout was almost 25%

New Brunswick:

former President Zanalan and PNQ member Turianel win as official candidates with a turnout of slightly higher than 10%, which is only 10 votes.


Newfoundland and Labrador:

Almost 20% turnout sees Frank Duper and Derek Harland elected with 5 votes apiece.

Northwest Territories

Voter turnout at 20% places Kharchy and Siaw_Hy as the Official Candidates with only 11 votes cast.

Nova Scotia:

Vincent Chaotic and Jacobi are elected as the Official Congressmen while Emilio Sanchez keeps his seat as a wildcard at over 15% turnout.

Nunavut:

With zero change since the previous update natashan and former President Tom Hagen become the Official Congressmen from Nunavut

Ontario:

CSD Leader Cleomynestra Cathak and PPC leader 1ronman end with almost 100 votes combined and Alias Vision, Aarkon Dradsmore, Lord Terror, Trenton Randell, and Tarkus all hold wildcards with a bit higher than 10% turnout.

PEI:

At 10 votes total ezhik of the CEP and Francois Paradis of the PNQ easily gain Official Seats.

Québec

Quebecers have returned Miroslav to Congress after a one month hiatus and have chosen Inochimizu as his official partner. Eric Boucher of the PNQ, Dutchy of the CPP and marcchelala of the CEP all hold wildcards seats at 12% turnout

Saskatchewan:

Saskatchewan elects both Voltogyre and Michal D'Estrange at 16% turnout

Yukon:

With over 20% returned, jbmalin and Ozzel O'Dunn are elected official candidates, with Ideology unable to overcome the very tight deficit

The final Congressional Tally will be

CEP: 13 (+4)
CPP: 9 (+6)
CS😨 9 (-2)
PNQ: 6 (-2)
PPC: 3 (-6)

Clearly the big winners are the CEP, the CPP with the CSD and PPC both dropping seat totals over the last election.
