Dear Congress of the United Netherlands,


today the following was proposed:

Regardless of the reasons behind this proposal, vote NO. The proposal did not follow the correct forum procedures. It did not reach the quorum during the votation on the forum. Therefore it should be proposed in the congress votation section again, preferrably with an article in the news calling upon congressmen to vote.
Also my apologies for forgetting to vote on that proposal, but there was only 50% of the necessary amount of votes.

The rules are the rules, if we don't like them we should remove them but we can't ignore them as that would be inconsequential.

Thus again:

Los van de redenen waarom dit voorstel misschien is ingediend, stem NEE. Het voorstel heeft niet het quorum gehaald tijdens de stemming op het forum. Daarom dient het eerst daar opnieuw ingediend te worden, bij voorkeur met een oproep in het nieuws om te stemmen.
Ook mijn excuses voor het vergeten te stemmen, maar er was slechts de helft van het benodigde aantal stemmen.

De regels zijn de regels, als we ze niet prettig meer vinden dan moeten we ze weghalen maar we kunnen ze niet negeren aangezien dat inconsequent zou zijn.

Dus nogmaals:

Stem NEE
