It's been more than a week since the First congress report was published, and as the Speaker of the House, I would like to report the activities that happened in Congress.

3. Tax change: Gift - No change (lulz proposal). Proposed by Carmi28 - rejected

5. Donate - transfer 1000 PHP from the country accounts to Ministry of Merriment (lulz proposal). Proposed by Topy XYZ - rejected
