Congratulations Vit - Future
Congratulations, Vit, the people has chosen you as the president and I hope you will do a good job.
Now about the future,
One of the proposals of Vit was to improve the amount of Czech written texts in our media. Well, I am not a RL Czech and I personally don't intend to learn Czech.
I basically have two options:
-Keep writing in English only - 4
-Use Google Translator and also provide a Czech version of my texts - 4
(of course, I can always leave the country, but I think it would be too radical
)
Please, RL Czechs, vote on the option you want, if you ask for google translations I will start doing it at my next article.

Although some of the criteria are not exactaly reliable, I would like to discuss this index, please leave your comment about it here.

yeah, just use the google translate, it's bad but not so bad
I suppose you should continue writing in English. I think there are people (me included) which would rather like to read a post in great English than sucky "google translator" Czech... And those people who aren't good at English can use the translator anyways.
@Cubky, actually I was proposing a bilingual version, not an only Cezch article.
Oh sorry, overlooked that one. Well then I suppose it doesn't even matter... But of course it would be more comfortable for the non-English speaking people of eCzech if would you also provide the translated verison.
IMO bilingual texts would be the best choice. Translated versions would help people that don't know English very well and the rest of us can still read the English version without having our braincells massacred by Google TR
If you just know English only put the English version down.
People are smart enough to use an auto-translator if they need it by plugging the URL into the google translator.
Might be able to get away with stuff like French and Spanish but there's nothing worse than auto-translated Czech on here

Ok, two votes for "English only".
install erep plus, it's 10 secs of time, and you will have a translate button in header of every article, it uses google translate and changes the text of article to any language you want...
it's way better then a mile long "google translate bilingual" articles
I think provide czech version is good idea, it may attract more RL czechs;) But I like it in english;)
Vary good ideas Weinfass. As a fellow foreigner, I certainly understand what you are saying. Is Google-Czech better than no Czech at all? From what I have understood from the community, which is backed up here, is that it is better for English only, since anyone who doesn’t understand it can usually find a site to translate.
Oh and well done everyone for the second best living conditions in the world!

I dont understand what the HDI means
HDI - Human Development Index (Lidský Vývoj Indexu)
Czech Republic was the second country according to HDI, but 58 (the most bad) according to health ranking. This is must be as signal for making priorities in country management.
Articles of Foreign Affairs Ministry = english+czech
Private articles = english only

i think google translations are useless it mostloy doesnt make any sense
