Chucky Norris and the Foreign Relation+ Army [EN/FR]

So now we attack on what I consider to be both my best asset in this game, Warfare and Diplomacy.

It might be awkward to associate those two things but I have a different approach on the matter. For me those two are extremely interconnected in a world where giant Alliance clash regularly on the Battle Field.


Foreign Affair



Why would I believe I have such capability in that department? Well I've been the Minister of foreign affair during the William Duncan administration for 2 terms, and prior to that I've been leading the department in term of initiative and activity, for instance I created the very first Canadian Ambassador guide for our newcomers so they wouldnt feel lost in all of this situation. I had been an ambassador for 6 month prior to this affectation.

All this changed my approach on the matter. Now I see diplomacy for what it is, a weapon. PEACE GC was the first one to truly use the concept during the Invasion of north america. Not only did they made the UK forget about our MPP, they got them to their side and used them to get a freepass in North America, no matter how much we might hate them for that, it was a masterpiece in term of diplomacy. And that's precisely what I'm aiming for, an aggressive stance in diplomacy. I will with the help of our ambassador network, target the weakest link of ennemy alliance to at least suppress their dmg and if possible gain an Ally. However this musn't be done at the expense of our current ally, but there is way to proceed with such thing. Also we will try and get neutral Country to our side. That's my goal and it's feasible for Canada to bring new ally to our cause. We have done it in the past and almost got Italy on board with us for a long term. Things have complicated it a bit, but I'm sure we'll be able to repeat it and this time be successfull in creating a good ambiance for cooperation.

I'm also a strong believer in our ambassador Corps. They are the first person on the field to see how things are going. They can also manage any crisis that may arise that would need an official response from a local contact. So that's why I'll be actively supporting each one of them once more.

National Defense



Saying that I would revamp entirely this department would quite hypocritical coming from myself as I've been part of the CAF for more than 10 months now and 3 months for the High Command. I've had 2 term as MoD and now I'm the Commanding officier of the elite division. So if I had anything to criticly change it would have been done by now. But I do have a few minor improvement and solution I'd like to address.

When I had a chat with Chamrajnagar last month a nice idea came to us. As it is, we are oftenly lacking quality officier to properly form new platoon. An officier academy could answer that problem. By creating such an institution we could relief any future income of recruit. Furthermore, it would help improve the quality of officier we currently have, not that they aren't already awesome (see some fellow officier staring at him 😉 ).

Also there is a major restructuration within the CAF high command and I'm already involved in the current talk. As a president I would be able to continue those talk and address directly any need they might have in terms of infrastructure or funds.

I've heard some talk about Financing Tanks With gold to Train with Lana. Here's my take on this. Canada has never been an army of Tank and I hope we never comes to this. I know I might have lost Uraczak and Ironman vote with this but it's way more efficient to use mass army. And in the longterm all the gold we spent on Wellness pack and training (wich dissapear totally from the market) is really used better on buying weapon for the regular army. It's costing at least 100 gold to finance a tank that will produce something like 20k dmg. During this time we can make about 2000 q1 weapon to equip Hordes of soldier, and all this money will be reinjected into the economy. Still think we should use tank? It is reknown around the world that we have the most cost effective national army and we can still put some really good dmg out there.

Furthermore I wish to implement an exchange program with our allies to further improve our army or structure, it would be quite interesting to check out what they have in mind for V2. This would also strenghten the bond between the two military corp that would participate in the exchange.

So yes CAF you have my full support, anyway I think most of you already know it by now!

Civilian Defense

In the past I must reckon that I wasnt always supportive of the militias, and many can remember that I had many clash with a few of their member. However working with Rylde for two months changed my mind in that regard. Yes we had our ups and down. But bottom line, They are getting citizen active that don't want to be in the CAF and find themself more at home within a militia. And that's really good for the retention rate of our nation. Plus they offer some really affordable cost compared to national army.

This term the Minister of the Civil Defense will assume the function of the OSS, however this doesnt mean that funding will be reduced. I just wanted to cut the position in my cabinet to have what I need and be perfectly efficient. Also the MoCD will be working with an advisor to ensure that we are on par with the reality of the militia world, wich might need to be completely reevaluated for V2.

And here's something new, I think that the MoCD should be handing guns to the people for next term. We will try to procede to some free raffle where citizen will be eligible to win free guns simply by commenting an article. this is to ensure that we will have another retention method for the coming Flow of newborns (if you elect me of course)!

Alors nous allons attaquer deux sujets que je consière comme étant mes plus grandes forces dans ce jeu, L'art de la guerre et la diplomacie.

Ça peut paraitre étrange d'associer ces deux choses, mais j'ai une approche assez particulière sur le sujet. Pour moi ces deux sont extrêmement interconnectés dans un monde ou les super Alliance s'échange des coup à chaque jour sur les champs de batailles.


Affaires Étrangères



Pourquoi est-ce que je pense que j'ai tant de capacités dans ce département? Et bien j'ai été Ministre des Affaires Étrangères sous l'Administration Duncan pendant 2 mandat.Et avant ça j'étais parmi les meilleurs ambassadeur du département, j'ai entre autre créé le guide pour les nouveau ambassadeur afin de les aider à démarrer.

Ceci a grandement contribué à l'évolution de ma pensée dans la matières. Et comme je le vois maintenant, la diplomacie est une arme terrible et les alliance l'utilise allégrement pour arriver à leur fin. C'est pourquoi je pronerais une diplomacie aggressive qui viserait à trouver de nouveau alliés et amis de par le monde.

Je crois également fermement en nos ambassadeur, ils sont les premiers personnes sur le terrain en mesure de remarquer les changement et flairé les opportunités. Ils peuvent également controler les crises éventuelles.

Défense Nationale



Il serait hypocrite de dire que je vais complètement remanier le département puisque cela fait déja trois mois que je fais partis du haut commandement, et si je voulais changer de façon majeure les choses, je l'aurais déjà fait! J'ai passé 2 mois en tant que Ministre de la défense et plusieurs en tant qu'officier. Mais j'ai quelques idées afin de rendre encore plus efficaces notre armée Nationale.

J'ai eu une petite discussion le mois dernier avec Chamrajnagar et nous avons eu une petite idées. En ce momment nous manquons souvent d'officier qualifié pour continuellement faire de nouveau peloton, une académie d'officier viendrais répondre parfaitement à ce problème. Nous pourrions également avoir une qualité d'officier supérieure! Non pas que les autres ne soit déjà pas extraordinaire!

J'ai entendu également parlé de financer les TANK avec de l'or pour leur entrainement avec Lana. Le canada n'a jamais été un pays de Tank et j'espère que nous n'en viendront pas à ça. Il est beaucoup plus efficace d'utiliser des armes normalles que des ''WELLNESS PACK'' avec les TANK, d'ailleur les WP signifie que l'or disparait complètement de notre économie, ce qui est très mauvais du point de vue du réinvestissement des richesse. On peut produire également beaucoup plus d'arme et armé toutes la population avec les prix des tank. Ceci est la façon intelligente d'investir la richesse nationale. De plus nous nous trouvons à produire plus de dommage ainsi. Et même nos alliés dans Eden pensent que nous avons le système le plus efficient!

Je souhaite également implanter un programme d'échange avec nos alliés afin d'améliorer des points clés. Ceci renforcerais également nos liens avec les pays concerné. D'après les informations que j'ai receueillis, nous avons déjà des interresés!

Alors oui, vous avez tous mon support les CAF, mais je pense que vous le savez déjà maintenant!

Défense Civile

Dans le passé je reconnais que je n'ait pas toujours offert mon support à 100% aux milices, plusieurs se rappelleront peut-être les nombreux affrontement que j'ai eus avec certains membres. Mais avoir travaillé avec Rylde pendant 2 mois à changer ma façon de voir les choses, et ce malgré des hauts et des bas. Mais en fin de compte, les milices rendent les citoyens actif et offrent des coût très compétitif comparé aux armées nationales.

Ce mois-ci le Ministre de la Défense civil, assumera les fonctions de répartir les fonds pour les milices. Ce qui ne veut par dire des réductions par contres, puisque les milices auront les même montant que le mois passé. Le MdDC travaillera également avec un conseiller milicien afin de rester connecté avec la réalité des milices et des changement futur que la V2 apportera.

Et voici quelquechose de nouveau, je crois que le MdDC devrait donner des armes au citoyens le mois prochain. On pourra organiser des concours afin de bien parvenir à garder tout le monde actif et formés. Les concours seront des tirages parmis ceux qui posteront sur un article et le tout sera complètement gratuit! Ceci devrait augmenter la rétention des jeunes utilisateur.
