Central Bank Of India- who is he?

Yesterday I saw an account. Name: Central Bank of India. No friendship button no medal no nothing. Only two things were given- Currency- something in 3000000 INR and gold- 2000 above. A question arises my mind- WHO IS HE ?
He is so rich as he is the central bank of our nation but then why hasnt it been transfered to the national treasury? In my previous article I wrote that gold is less. But this mighty man can change the fortune of INDIA.
And where did he get so much of currency. Everybody is in need of currency.I want to get the answer to another question. If money is donatable to central bank, then i will soon gather some money and donate to him. I am curious about him.
I am in a hurry so I have written this short article . I will keep as active as possible.

LOL...all the tax is collected in Central Bank Of India...so its INR is increasing.

Well earlier in erepublik there was a concept called ORGANIZATION. Citizens were able to create organisations to store money, and operate Companies(as only running companies from orgs saved so much money and health/energy).
Central Bank of India CBI is current government owned organization which is used to store all government funds .. u can see Congress Proposals about Donations to CBI.
Its not some citizen its organization.
We all dissolved our organizations except few. Like me 😃
