Following a new tax bill on imported house and penetration of foreign house into eCanada housing market, local companies are spilling their blood as price are in critical downfall. Profitability eroding like ice under the july sun, canadian housing companies are closing their doors. Stockpiles are adding up at an undescent level as buyers are just not there.
Vantica Custom House, and Canadian Utilities, Canadian Columbian House, Black Label Realty are companies of the past.
Where are the house buyers gone?
Comments
I dont think the situation is as bad as they are being made out to be. I havent seen a increase of people importing to houses to Canada, at least Q2 anyways. Also, I produce a house every 2-3 days and generally sell it the next.
Housing companies should also approach their employees to purchase what they produce. This will sell your houses and raise productivity of the employees.
