Before I delve into any of my further changes, I would like to take the time to congratulate Phoenix Green for his so far magnificent run. I must say I did underestimate you, and I do look forward to a great conclusion to the race. I have so far thoroughly enjoyed an election campaign thus far that has been fair and progressive.
Well back to it:
Department of Culture
Another change, we tried this months ago to mesh Information, Technology and Education together to make the Department of Culture. It was pretty successful before it moved back to the traditional way. The Department of Culture will consist of a Minister who will basically oversee and make sure the Department is running at a good standard, while obviously helping all sections.
There will also be a Deputy(s) of Education, Deputy of Information and Deputy of Technology and Design. The idea for a Deputy of Technology and Design had been in my head for awhile and I wanted to trial it to see how successful it is. This Deputy will be working all sorts of goodies to make things easier for citizens to access information or find the related facts in time. They will also be making banners to make Government articles look more aesthetically pleasing.
As I have two Deputies of Education at this point I decided one would be in charge of articles and keeping them up to date, and the other will spearhead a Retention Scheme, aimed at targeting players before they are one day old with messages and providing them with food and weapons to get them interested in the fighting aspect. I will personally be donating 10g to the DoC to assist in player retention and for the Department to run competitions.
Department of Foreign Affairs
Foreign Policy discussion and changes are happening all over the eWorld at the moment, I know in particular that the eUS is in their congress chambers debating it right now. As a nation and to be able to progress, I will be holding a public forum on the forum where all citizens can make suggestions and propose opinions. I will keep this forum open for a number of day and then do a consensus poll on how what way our Foreign Policy will go. At the moment we have a few options.
Pro-eden or Pro- CoT seems to be the big question. Then there may be the ones that want to go Switzerland for all I know. Which is why it is important is making a decision as a country, not just what one group of people want. And to make sure people are informed enough about the current climate so we can make the best decision possible.
Department of Finance
Lately, it seems that all the Department of Finance is good for is creating a budget. I would like to use the DoF to a further extent. What you will be expecting from the MoF this month are weekly reports on eAus’ markets to keep people informed. I would like to see a good working relationship between the DoD and DoF for the coming month, like this month has been like. infin and Majester have both worked well together this month so my team I am confident will be able to do that as well.

Oh gawd Cal I thought you had it in you but this just flattened any expectations of genuine reform. More pork barrelling of positions, departments and deputies that will sit on their arses all term and nothing will get done. Leadership requires exactly that. I presumed that since you wanted the job so bad that you were going to provide it? I guess not. Before you accuse me of trolling - rest assured the moment I see the same old from PG and any other candidate they will be getting the same.
There is no incentive to use anything other than platitudes, slogans and buzzwords. eAustralians eat this kind of stuff up. Callumh123 is just giving eAustralian what they want.

Wait is this before or after it was realized ADF was getting no funds?
The first time the ADF actually got it's funds was just before the congress elections.

Majester just needs to speak up a bit more and communicate. It's like the movie lost in translation. No one will ever understand the great intelligence he has.

The problem is that Majester has been placed in a key role where communication isn't just a good idea - it's absolutely essential. Based on feedback he's a good guy to work FOR - not so much work WITH. Has a tendency to not share.
