BREAKING NEWS eRepublik's new menu bar: Let's share opinions!
At approximately 04:26 server time on Nov 16, eRepublik updated the game's menu bar.
This is one of those times in the game when everyone around the world is joined in the magnificent unity of a global change.
So, what's new? Well, I won't describe it, it's right in front of you! Suffice to say that the home button looks nice and is smaller, in line with its role as a button, rather than menu.
There are also changes to the menu names. Gold and extras, also only a button, is given equal size to the menus and now has its own, prominent place on the right hand side of the menu bar. This is of course to increase revenue generated by the game, and also a reflection of the increased relevance of 'Gold and Extras' category, through the introduction of the incentive offers.
Most importantly - what do we think? As a global community is this thumbs up, or thumbs down - or perhaps the often underused, one thumb up, one thumb down - which signifies the apathy found in so many of us today.
Personally, it's a thumbs up from me, Ultimate Guinan, your friendly bearded old nutter!

This is not new, if im rigth the old one just lay in your cookies and blocked for the new one.
I hated it, because it made no sence..Then I came on now and realized my images were bugging up a bit.
I like it, I guess.. I prefer the original.

I'd rather the Home button be back to normal.
I was so used to flicking my mouse up and hitting home, guess ill have to get that habit adjusted for the new home button.
Now none of my damn buttons are working!!! None of those stupid blue tabs!! Help!!
Waste of time, do something important like increasing enjoyability of the game. Take our suggestions seriously and incopperate them. I dont think anyone cares about a home button, we could just have easily survived without the improvements. Unlike this game which if not improved and updated soon will start losing people through boredom.

I agree with James Costen. Let's make changes that will positively effect game play, not layout. Add new countries and think about players over methods to gain money ... If players are excited the money will follow.
