it was also a last ditch effort, to end the war without ten times the loss of life in an invasion.
mostly, it was real world history, not eRep.

it's totally nonsense of you that you think The U.S should take the whole responsibility. i know it's a Real World Matter but you started it so i have to answer. Japanese Attacked First while they were completely aware of its consequences, so The U.S is not responsible for defending its citizen's life and its territories.
