Blindness in HQ of EDEN

According to the stories of older players this time of year is the time when EDEN in a good situation, when recovering after losses during the summer, when moves towards its best.
But today EDEN is far from his best days, getting closer his worst days, getting closer breakdown. Today in EDEN we have more and more dissatisfied countries, more and more dissatisfied players, more disunity, more some kind secret deals. When asked why this is so, everyone will have some his theory that, whether objective, whether subjective. Things on the eRepublik changing so quickly that they get any arrange, and are already subject to the new changes.
It's no secret that the HQ of EDEN do not have control over the alliance. It's no secret that eChina dissatisfied, it is no secret that many of our enemy want to take advantage of the vulnerability and the dissatisfied countries to switch side. Every month more EDEN countries remains without congress, without the region, and we all agree that without congress and regions, there is no economic progress of alliance, there is only a progressive decline. It is normal that the economically powerful countries to defend their status, even the detriment of weaker. All of this builds on each other and build a pyramid problems, but the problems that are in the alliance are quite simple, as well as solution to these problems.



Problems:
-lack of constructive communication
-inactivity of HQ of EDEN
-loss of all major battles due to disorganization of the countries, as well military structures
-HQ-arrogantly behavior and their refusal to accept the changes in the structure of HQ (by rulebook of EDEN, each player can be SC maximum 2 months, and the current HQ is in these positions for the last 4 months???)
-lack of visible military plan

I explained a little some of these problems, and I offer my opinion on these issues.
Inactivity HQ is something that is unacceptable and what is reflected directly to victory, or defeat. All will now say that people have and RL. Clearly, and there is nothing disputable, but I believe that we can find 10 players who will be one month entirely devoted specifically to this, to lead EDEN. Do not, if you do not have time to lead EDEN, so persistently to keep these functions in HQ of EDEN. Arrogantly behavior of some peaple in HQ got its harder and worse forms in the sense that they are inventing various unfounded stories and to defame people, people who want change, constructive change, and people who want something to work, to improve this bad situation. This is rude. This must be stopped. But this is now less important, compared to the importance of finding the way out of this situation.



Possible solutions:

-emergency EDEN summit and urgent elections for a new HQ
-emergency making plans and strategies how to get out of this situation, a plan to break the enemy and turn the situation to our advantage
-activated EMC at much higher level and formed EMC in those countries where there is no EMC (make clear conditions for recruitment, make a plan and program funding, and create an active command of EMC)
-actively promote every member of the alliance, that each country of the alliance knows that is important
-make better economic cooperation between members
-and much more.

The easiest is to leave the sinking ship, the hardest task is to stay and fight. EDEN or will recover or be collapsed, and to all of us is to give the EDEN another, perhaps one of the last chances to survive. We are all friends with each other, everyone is looking forward to a great victory, we are all part of the victory, but we are all part of the hard days of EDEN. eGreece is under attack strong and powerful enemies, eArgentina is tortured alone, losing resources. It should not be our goal to defend ourselves, our aim must be to defend ourself, get up and attack enemies, but do it smartly.

Whether there is in EDEN countries players who want to fight for EDEN, for this purpose? Yes, of course, there is. Responsible people in countires, move it, do not be afraid to tell what do you think, it is a way to find a solution, to action. Responsible people in HQ, let the idea that you're the only one who can and only who knows. Dissatisfaction is clearly, but do you see that you are partly blame for that?


P.S. That what happened yesterday was one of the greatest military shame and failure of EDEN. More than 5-6 hours Italy was needed only 5 points. As I wrote on the EDEN military channel, Italy needs help now, not tonight, not tomorrow. And what happened, help came too late. Shame.

EDIT: The same was 2 weeks ago, when was RW in South Dalmatia, when Croatia needed 1 point, if i remember well. And there was no stronger support. Why? Because one or two person in HQ dont like person who was organized that RW?!
