Well looking at these as a tick chart you could say BA did 4/8 of his promises but of course some promises were more important than others war and forum/irc reform were very much prioritized.
Annoyed the Belgians, Irish, Canadians, Portuguese, Macedonians and slightly all of TWO. Some of these of course we don’t mind being annoyed at us some of these we would have preferred not to be annoyed at us.
