What a short memory some people have, maybe we should bring the old guard back. You know, the ones responsible for....
Secret closed door politics.
Self serving politicians more concerned with their pocket books than the good of a nation.
A weak economy.
Theft of the country's treasury.
Retreat of a region to allow the invasion of a sovereign nation.
There was no covert political take-over, the people spoke, congress voted. This is called CHANGE!
There are those among us who are resistant to change; who tout lies and profess fear to gain their advantage.
Those who's self interest in a single part of a country outweighs their patriotism for the whole.
Those who cling to the weak protection of false allies, where was Peace when the Theocrats took South Korea?
Those who hide their greed and theft under the veil of patriotism.
Those who have no honor in defeat, who flee the country when their views are not met.
Our country is honorable, our intentions are clear, Asia will prosper....

None of that is happening now unfortunately.

Discussion in irc is neither free or open.
The economy sucks (2 industrial regions lost) with prices up and wages down.
A strong military counts for nothing when the retreat button is pressed.
PEACE fought the Theocrats (who are themselves tools of EDEN) causing more damage then newer friends despite other pressing issues.
And lets not forget that the Americans were supplying guns and funding to the Theocrats whilst eJapan fought them.
I'm not sure what was worse, the horde of eRussian multis in eNorth Korea or the eUSA supply weapons to the Theocrats in eSouth Korea. It appears that both sides are pretty bad. I would not rely on the eUSA to liberate anything given the silence on North and South Korea, but Dokomo has put his faith and eJapan's fate in them.
eJapan should try to break free of their influences as much as possible without working with either power, otherwise the presidents here will always be pawns of one side or the other.

The economy is far better than it has been in a very long time, and realistically there's only so much anyone can do with a low pop country that has no useful land resources (grain does not count).
Prices are fairly low in the markets we actually use. Wages are on an upswing this week. Japan will never be a high wage-high price country, at least not without some serious help from the upcoming economic review, and a massive population boom.
