Thus, I present to you, the Belgian At Heart, Belgium In Motion Project. The Belgian At Heart, Belgium In Motion Project will call all people in the eWorld to help our nation. Part of that help is to protect us from any foreign invaders. Another is the encouragement of truth, justice, love and understanding throughout the eWorld making virtues and conscience stronger than ever!
Alors, je vous donne ce projet. Ce projet permettra d'appeler toutes les personnes pour aider notre nation. Nous allons demander une protection contre les maux étrangers. Nous allons répandre la vérité, la justice, l'amour et de compréhension. Nous allons renforcer la vertu et de conscience!
The most important part is the Pact or Promise Under Mutual Associations or PUMA. This pact will establish a viable and united government. The pact will appoint capable people to government offices. The established government will be called the PUMA Government until it is finalized on the next presidential election and the December Congressional.

Simply, this is a radical action from my part. However, if no one takes an initiative, nothing will happen! And as we see in this nation, everyone's losing hope, everyone doesn't even want to be independent! Why not? We have this great opportunity to revive and rebuild this nation. No matter how drastic it could be, no matter how hard it could be, I will not give up, and so shouldn't you!

Thus, if you want this nation to be independent, to be free, united and strong. If you want to establish a government that will help the people of this nation, the support this dream. Live this dream. And take action!
The PUMA plans are currently being created, by myself, so I ask all of you to join the BRP Forums and help me! I will put everything there.
To be fair, unbiased, and to strongly emphasize unity. The pact will choose all capable candidates in all parties including: The Group, Benelux Party, PEACE ATO, SEAL, and the Belgian Revolutionaries. I will stake my trust and will hope that the people that I will contact after this will cooperate and help this nation.

Please start the nominations now. We want to prevent a one-sided government where one party will only put its members into all of the offices and neglect to install other capable people. This is also to unite everyone of different ideals to form one unique and capable government.
There are way to many government positions, there are 18 postions, and only 20 congressseats. 5 or 6 ministers should do.
The other positions are non-Congressionals. The government positions do not have to be for Congress members only. This is an opportunity for all, all those who will try this nation.
As I have said, we are creating a new government, something we can all work with, something that is not bound to whatsoever.
For the beginning, it is not a good idea to have 15 ministers + 5 state secretary.
You have only 20 congressmembers.
Having the group and Peace Ato in the same governement, I don't think that it is a good idea because they are natural ennemies.
The purpose of having them together is for them to work together. Yeah, naive, idealistic... But you know, it's not too bad to try. And yes, open for suggestions. We can always limit the number of ministers and secretary.
